I have been dealing with a claim for 2 Insurance Company who play games
I have been dealing with a claim for 2 years with documentation sent The customer service individual does not understand English or play like they do not They are a disgrace to other insurance companies If I could rate them less than 1 star it would be a negative five stars

Transamerica takes way too long to
Transamerica takes way too long to process a hardship request They are not accurate at all on the information that is being provided by their representatives One minute it s this turn around time frame and the next minute it s another turn around time frame It s like when an individual doesn t have funds available in their transamerica account then the request is processed immediately When there is funds in the account they take their time processing the request It s very very very frustrating when transamerica operates a retirement investment business like they do If they are supposed to be for the people who invest in a retirement fund and have the ability to use funds that available for hardships or emergency situations then process the request after the documents are submitted I feel that transamerica needs to a lot better on the information that the representatives give and their turn around time for processing And including sending out notifications when the applications are new apps and when information has changed They REALLY need to do BETTER

One bunch of crooks and thieves
Trans America bought my whole life policy from Monumental Insurance and put it into one of their sub companies and then a mysterious Trust that they claim owns the policy For three years I have gone in circles on the phone and mail with TA Sent my proof of original purchase and they still flip it back to their mysterious Trust I have faxed them and mailed them six times They are plainly playing games to keep my 4200 With no end to me getting my money

The worst insurance company EVER
The worst insurance company EVER My parents died a year apart so amidst the grieving I had to file their insurance claims separately of course With Ma I couldn t bury my own mother until the claim went through ONE MONTH AFTER SHE DIED With Pa I m still trying to get the insurance money so I can pay back the loan because getting a loan was quicker than working with this insurance company to bury him Now they are telling me to contact this department oh no the other department is where you need to go oh no- not us go here It s January 2 2025 and this entire process started November 22 2024 Omaha Insurance was better I called they said sorry they cut a check I got the check the next week STAY AWAY FROM TRANSAMERICA INSURANCE COMPANY

I hate to say that I agree with all the other one star This is absolutely a joke to try to get a payment from them Terrible terrible terrible My husband was extremely sick in the hospital with kidney failure I was just trying to get bills paid Three months later I m still waiting on a claim They make every excuse in the book to not pay what you owed And at first they said we didn t have a policy with them So when I showed them all the receipts etc then they were able to find it Absolutely horrible Putting families through this when they are suffering

Scam Company I ve been paying 20 years for injury insurance and No Help from Transamerica
I ve been paying for injury insurance for around 20 years and when I called to get help because I have an injury they tell me that it is dismemberment insurance and they will only pay if I were in the hospital not recovery My policy has changed hands when the company has been bought out or just changed their name for whatever reason total scam that employs only POS scammers

Can I give this company zero stars My father passed away in April 2024 He had two life insurance policies that were paid in full Transamerica has given me the run-around since May 20224 saying that I needed to submit information and documents that were previously sent I ve called over and over again asking when this matter will be resolved and each time they say that another document must be sent I ve even sent documents by certified mail and have proof that they were delivered to their mail room When asked what the time table is for resolving this matter they say that there is not a time table Do not waste your money on this company If you are having trouble like I am I suggest that you write to the President and CEO of Transamerica Will Fuller If you google How do I contact the CEO of Transamerica you will find an address for him Good luck

Terrible Service
My parents had long-term care coverage They faithfully paid premiums and received benefits My father died and a few years later my mother died I provided Letters Testamentary a death certificate and contact information so that a check could be reissued and it was Good so far This was early 2020 No one told me there were a few other outstanding checks totaling a significant amount In 2023 they turned the money over to the State It was pure chance that I found this money on the unclaimed property website Now it is all up to me to get this money even though they didn t do their due diligence Terrible service trying to straighten this out and in the end no help

Customer service is offshore Usually bad chopped phone connections Agents are hard to understand English does not seem to be their first language Every agent seem to tell you something different to resolve your problem This had to do with repaying a loan Submitted all paperwork they requested to do an ACH transaction 2 months later they tell me they can t do it But they seem to be able to do ACH for policy payments Paid 2 months of interest for nothing What a scam Online submitted questions remain unanswered
