Transart Box Ltd have been a life saver for me as an early career artist when I was doing my first major sales they were friendly efficient and flexible Full of useful tips and very generous with their knowledge and experience taking all the nerves out of shipping large works abroad Most importantly they were punctual and reliable and kept me informed of delivery progress very important to minimise anxiety They helped me ship my work to and from my first major art fair with tight time constraints and they totally came through for me Easy to get in touch with and always responsive definitely 5 stars

Perfect from start to finish
Guy was so very helpful and professional I used to find shipping artworks very stressful but this has revolutionised my perspective The transart box was very robust and I felt completely at ease sending my painting in it What a great company I can highly recommend them

Super experience
Guy made everything super easy for me I was a bit lost with paperwork and how to ship a piece from France to the UK he helped me every steps of the way and was always available if i had any questions Now we all wait for the package to arrive safely at destination Thank you

Great customer service - Great product
Great customer service excellently strong box - I got the small bare box with foam lining and extra plywood liner nicely designed and fit for purpose for my fine art canvas and supplementary prints My buyer was pleased as he particularly wanted to ensure no damage in transit when it was sent by courier but mentioned the plywood liners were probably overkill as the box is so strong He said he is keeping it the lovely plywood and box himself as an extra bonus Nice one Transart - that added so much to the transaction with my client

Made contact via email response time excellent guided me to correct sized box etc Paid invoice and box arrived next day then collected following day for sending to client Guy has been excellent from start to finish Definitely recommend and would definitely use again if I have a piece of artwork to move Piece of mind knowing it is bring transported safely Keep up the great work team
