3 days later money has not been paid Can t get through on the phone and they are not responding to emails Is there a way of giving zero stars instead of one

If it s possible to leave no star at all then that s what I would have done This people are very disgraceful and mean to their customers Their customer service representatives are so rude and from the pit of hell Avoid sending money through Transferboss at all cost else you will regret it I ve read lots of reviews from other people saying they are scams and that when it comes to refunding people their money back they tend to hold on to people s money instead of refunding I will never in my life deal or have anything to do with transferboss ever again for the sake of my peace of mind They are currently holding on to my refund which is pretty much a large sum Terrible and disgusting customer service representatives

They are very fraudulent I sent money with them on Friday but they did not credit the account overseas they kept on promising that it will be done but nothing happened Then their customer service number was disconnected Now am getting the authorities involved Don t use them it is not worth the hassle and problems They are very shady never again

Transfer boss is at it again a friend of mine have fallen victim She needed a quick transfer of a small amount went online and came across TransferBoss October 24th 2021 She downloaded TransferBoss app and sent the amount of 330 through the app She called TransferBoss customer service and a female picked saying my friend will receive her money before the end of yesterday 25th October 2021 Up till now 26th October 2021 my friend still haven t gotten her money and TransferBoss contact number 01322 787288 is not going through anymore My friend have contacted compliance and targeting investigations and enforcement services already TransferBoss is a fraud do not fall victim

Terrible service

Terrible service Your loved one may never get money you sent If theyre desperate for it even worse I ve sent money over 4 days and it has not reached Nigeria The recipient never got it They asked me to send my uk licence for checks which I did immediately Not even an acknowledgement Thankfully it s only 42 so the loss is bearable But I ll never recommend these guys Anyone who sends money though them does so at their own risk

It s been 2 days now and I still haven t received my money please stay away from this company it s not worth the stress You call and someone picks up giving you the assurance that you d get paid but that s just a big lie for peace of mind please avoid this company

This company is not reliable I sent money for an urgent need back home after 24hours the money was not paid Called customer service twice they were not helpful pretending they can hear me when they can Not bother about resolving the issue

Used the service and the transfer did It happen called customer services giving excuses that they have issues transferring and it would get sort out by the end of the day end of the day still no transfer and no communication and if they have issue they should put information out on there website and app to warn customers which they haven t done and still accepting people money which is fraudulent knowing well your system is not working would now report this to the FCA about there conduct

This company is fraudulent My money transfer was not completed no refund made Customer Services are now asking me to prove I haven t received the money My original transfer was made 20th May refund triggered 24th May Refund expected 1st June Today is 13th June and no payment has been received
