I am writing to express my deep concern and frustration regarding my recent experiences with galaxy money transfer service customer service is un professional and verification processes have been extremely disappointing after sending money they asked me documents after 3 days and I have to wait for 2 days in order to activate the transaction I will not come to use again and I don t recommend any one to use Galaxy money transfer

Very dirty and unislamic business They re scamming their customers and their call center staff are very unprofessional My recipient didn t receive their money for 1 month so I called them and told them to cancel the transaction and they informed me that they d refund me within 3-5 business days I never a confirmation so I called them throughout that week to make sure they d refund me and they reassured however 5 days later my recipient receive their money even though I sent my recipient money through dahabshiil and they refused to refund me So now I ve paid 2x
