Wonderful experience

We used your taxi service on May 14 May 15 and May 25 2022 We want to say that Claudio De Simone our driver from FCO to Civitavecchia also our Rome Tour and then back to the airport after our cruise was wonderful He loves his job and it shows Claudio was informative friendly courteous and went out of his way to help us on our first day in Italy When he brought us to our hotel The Alibrandi Palace there was no one there to let us in He called the phone number I was given on his cell phone and spoke directly to the concierge We don t speak Italian have never been to Europe before and did not know how to make the phone call Claudio remained with us until the concierge arrived He is an asset to your company and we wanted to let you know that we enjoyed him so much If ever we go to Italy again we will be sure to ask for Claudio Thank you for your services Steven and Linda Thompson

We needed a wheelchair accessibility van

We needed a wheelchair accessible company to pick us up and drop us back at Rome airport But inbetween we needed a drop off at a hotel And picking up two weeks later from the cruise port After the cruise we wanted a driving with a couple of stops around Rome before our flights This company pulled it all of off without a hitch And the best bit was they had a lift in the van for my daughter wheelchair Best company for transfers and tours in Rome
