My delivery was due for Thursday 8 June 2023 next day delivery It did not arrive scheduled for Friday it did not arrive Finally promised fro Monday before midday it arrived A WRONG order When I contacted the company they said they would reschedule for tomorrow I had already told them I will not be here after this afternoon They kindly contacted the driver to come and change the package Too stressful But in the end I received it the driver was very apologetic and pleasant These things happen especially during this tremendous heat

Just the best
Honestly the only carrier in Belgium that really cares about their costomers they are so well organised very friendly I had many purchases delivers by them they are so punctuated They communicate very well Its just shame that they are not the main carrier in Belgium

Last minute address change
I d like to thank and absolutely recommend the service The shop I ordered from was unable to put our address correctly on the label and no clue why but when I received the tracking link I contacted customer service and not only they changed the address to the correct one but also delivered my package a few hours later Wonderful thank you
