The team from Transform Loft Solutions arrived before the scheduled start time they surveyed the area covered my carpets to protect them Immediately started work and didn t stop until the work was complete the whole job was completed in the specified time with very little mess the team cleaned up and left my property in a very clean condition absolutely 100 fantastic work I would definitely recommend Transform Loft Solutions to anyone

Had Ryan and Lewis round to fit a new hatch and light and add some top up insulation I have a really low pitched roof so my loft is like a crawl space I originally wanted the flooring also but they were very honest with me and told me it would be a waste of money as I would lose almost all of my space up there which I appreciate as they could have just done it anyway for a bit of extra cash they are a honest great company Hats off to Ryan and Lewis for the job they have done it s excellent and I can t imagine it was easy with such a small space they even went as far as taking an old water tank out for me and old TV aerial as I couldn t manage to reach them myself honestly fantastic service from start to finish the customer service is great also quick responses friendly staff

This was close to being 1 or 2 stars but they deserve a 5 star review now A guy came out had a look and quoted We were happy with the quote The quote was not explained properly so we had a different idea to what the fitters did so booked in to get the work done The guys were polite put down carpet protectors and had the work done very quickly After they left I had a look at their work it was fitted nicely and they had done a good job but it was not worth what we had been quoted I called a number on the quote but it went to voicemail so I called the second number on there and I got through to the rudest guy ever He was not helpful at all The lady I originally called rang me back and I explained that I was not happy with the amount of shelf space we were given for the price also the guys had dropped something out of the loft dinting the ladders Toni the lady I spoke to was so so kind and very apologetic and sent new guys out to put more boards in replace the ladders and reduced the price for the inconvenience The lads who came the second time were really friendly chatty did a great job checked I was happy with the shelf and even showed me how to use the new ladders I am very impressed with Toni and the guys who fitted the new shelves I would recommend them I am very impressed with how they handled the situation and they have made a very disappointed customer a happy one They also explained that the guy who quoted us is having some more training so it doesn t happen to anyone else
