NEVER AGAIN NIE WIEDER
I am so disappointed by the company We sent two parcels from Germany to Australia with fragile components in one of the boxes which was CLEARLY marked on every side of the box However one of the boxes arrived fully destroyed and someone tried to half fixed with DHL package band When I opened the box I could not believe it but nearly everything was broken and squashed also some of the pair of shoes I have sent were missing We have packed the fragile items very well supported by paper and plastic and it is not to believe that nearly all these items have been destroyed We payed a fortune to send two packages and we basically got nothing for it I have emailed a complain but haven t heard back from Transglobal Express yet I can not recommend Transglobal Express and would not use this company again

I cannot recommend this service I was in contact with Transglobal Express Germany and had ordered a pick-up of my boxes in Italy to be transported to Germany After courier came to pick up my things I had neither received a message nor a call and I had lost an entire day waiting at home Upon which I tried to call Transglobal Express who are not available in in the weekend I urgently needed mu boxes to be picked latest on Monday but I was told on the telephone that it was not possible to order a courier for Monday - sorry is this your mistake or my mistake that my boxes were still there The minimum I expect when a courier cannot make in on Friday is to be notified and get my stuff picked up latest on Monday Even if this is up to the local courier servie dpd it means you should not collaborate with these people I needed to leave the day after but I cannot leave my 8 boxes in the corridor and tell people they should take care of it Please a tiny bit of responsibility would be greatly appreciated
