Do not pay for the monthly subscription canceling is a difficult process use credit karma it s free and just as accurate Also SIN card information is required over the phone and shared with a third party in India Likely your information will be compromised or scammed

Credit score dropped after fraud and they have no clue how to bring it back Even Desjardins tried many times to contact them to fix it Equifax keeps much better score my score is excellent there and poor at Transunion with the same monitored credits and is more reliable Sucks that banks work with this incompetent company

Absolutely horrible service
Absolutely horrible service We have a subscription with them at our office but they consistently do not response when we need updates to the account but are on the ball for asking for payments HM They want us to pay but they don t provide proper service I m not even asking for a reply within 24 hours Heck even give me 48 hours that s fine but they will reply only after several attempts to contact them and at a months time Horrible service I can t believe they re traded publicly

The website doesn t work Every customer service representative keeps wanting to direct you to this garbage that doesn t display any information I didn t even want an account but the person on the phone refused to just place a credit alert attached to my SIN and said make an account on the website Next thing I know I m stuck for 2 days trying to troubleshoot that trash and in the process lo and behold they are able to put a credit alert without you making an account just like Equifax did in one 5 minute call Just use Equifax

Horrible Horrible Horrible Did the setup in account the authentication process despite all information being accurate required a call in Called and 1st person had computer problems and needed to call me back never did 2nd call and person passed buck 3rd person had to pass along to another person but could not do it until next week meanwhile they were not slow in charging my credit card the fee Stay away Customer service is poor at best

I am upset with this credit agency
I am upset with this credit agency There is a report on my credit report and another name than my real name and they keep this fake account on my credit report Last time I was on phone with them and ask them to make sure everything on my account are accurate because no one can t force me to give me different name They refused to delete this fake account

I filed chapter 7 Nov 22
I filed chapter 7 Nov 22 2023 and all my debt and assets became property of the Bankruptcy Estate Transunion is saying I am 60 days late on 2 accounts Once I file chapter 13 or 7 the accounts no longer belong to me and the creditor is not allowed to report Because the accounts no longer belong to me Transunion does not understand this They keep saying I was 60 days late and that I still have 1 499 in debt I had to contact Credit-Restoration Hub to get them to assist me repair it and I ve since ceased interacting with Transunion They need to understand the legislation

Received an email from them and tried to login to my account with the correct credentials and password but could not log in after several attempts I forwarded the email I received as a suspected phishing attempt to them but haven t received anything in return Can t contact them directly via email and don t want to waste more time trying to call them again Horrible experience
