Excellent customer service from Rebecca at Travall I managed to break a piece off my dog guard on a heavy handed trip to ikea I contacted Travall to get a replacement part and although it was my fault I d broken it Rebecca sent out the correct part really quickly and free of charge This kind of customer service is almost unheard of in the present day Thanks Rebecca

Excellent service from Travall They responded very promptly to an email I sent to check a detail after I d ordered informed me when it had been dispatched and were totally professional They obviously regard customers as important The mats I received for my Skoda Citigo were brilliant too exactly as described and obviously good quality I would buy from this company again

Excellent kit service We have a dog TravAll Guard for our Q7 and it works perfectly giving the dog springador enough space and me space for luggage for a family of 4 One of my children misplaced one of the screws whilst playing in the boot during a rainstorm but Travall were kind enough to quickly replace the part for me at no charge Top customer service Highly recommend the product and the company

One of the most positive customer service experiences I ve had

I had an urgent need for a guard for my car and contact Travall to discuss potentially expedited delivery Sadly that wasn t available but when dicussing my needs with Angelina she helpfully suggested I collect from their offices as I lived relatively close by which I did Upon arrival I was met by Angelina Dean who kindly offered to install the item for me which was done in less than 20 minutes Both Angelina Dean were so helpful friendly and great ambassadors for Travall who clearly put great emphasis on hiring customer centric team members I left feeling like I d had one of the most positive customer service experiences in quite some time and highly impressed Thank you

I was a little nervous about purchasing from Travall due to many negative comments here but I have to say I was extremely impressed with the service and product I ordered the correct items for my car Safety Plus pack and Protector and they arrived in perfect condition the very next morning I fitted them easily and they are just what I wanted No rattles sturdy and look like they ll last Excellent

Fantastic customer service I managed to loose a part of my dog guard at a garden centre I had to remove the guard to get a new BBQ into the boot got back home to find the part was missing I dropped a quick email to Sarah and she dispatched a replacement the on the same day

Fantastic Customer Service

The customer service from Travall has been excellent I bought a dog guard for a Skoda Kodiaq albeit from a 3rd party seller One of the nuts in the kit was defective However a quick email exchange with Travall saw a replacement sent out the same day I mentioned I had a trip coming up in 24hrs so the part was put on a courier at no extra charge This is how all customer service should be I am really impressed As for the dog guard itself it s great Top quality easy to fit highly recommended
