What a horrible experience
What a horrible horrible experience with this company They charged my credit card on November 12th for flights out of Montreal to Fort Lauderdale The airline stated they forgot to send the birthdates Numerous calls and hours spend on the phone dealing with these people and only told don t worry They lied repeatedly about when they sent the information to the airline and I ended up losing the tickets Fine then give me my money back Refund receipt issued on November 19th and here we are today November 30th and still no refund to my card Despite numerous attempts to call cannot get a hold of anyone Tried emailing and nothing yet Literally on a chat right now that has been going on for a good 20 minutes or so as I simply wait STAY FAR AWAY from this company It s unlikely I will get resolution to this problem so it will be reported to the credit card company which will initiate an investigation Here is what the refund email says TRAVE ALLIANCE Refund receiptLLCREFUND PROCESSRefund amountCAD 1090 92Date of refund19 Nov 2024ReferencePAY-CB3279D152Acquirer reference numberUnavailable It may take a few days to generate the ARN Original payment amountCAD 1090 92There is no way they issued this on November 19th Yet again another lie from them I never write reviews even when I have had bad service but I think people need to run not walk away from this third party travel agent

If I could give this agency a 0 zero
If I could give this agency a 0 zero star review then I would I had the same experience as the others regarding my booking with them I checked my flight confirmation every single day and the flights just keep on getting canceled I tried reaching out to them which is not easy by the way and they told me it was an airline issue This has been an on going problem since I booked the ticket and I have never experienced this from any agency before So I hope anyone reading this could find this Please avoid this agency at all costs Update they tried to contact me to rectify the issue but they wanted me to call the airline myself The airline kept redirecting me back to them since they re the ones who booked me in the first place It was a series of back and forth but NOTHING was done on their end I ended up giving up with this travel agency and if you are someone looking to book with them please do avoid them I have never made a negative review on anything before but I don t want anyone to have the same experience as me I don t know who these 5-star reviewers are but I just saw someone who did a 5-star review saying i love them using my name They even went that far to scam people

I think Trave Alliance is filling this with fake reviews I have had the same experience as the other 1 star reviewers 1 First the transaction was blocked by my credit card At first the purchase to them was turned down by my credit card company several times I called the credit card to see if there was a problem and they said that they ve blocked any transactions to Trave Alliance bc of the number of fraudulent claims made against them 2 Then Trave Alliance changed their vendor code to force a payment through So a few hours after talking to my credit card company and moving on to looking elsewhere for tickets I noticed that my card had a transaction go through anyways I called Trave Alliance and they said that they changed the vendor code in order to make the transaction go through facepalm Well now I m in it so I figure let s give them a shot to give me a ticket 3 Then no ticket was issued At first no ticket is issued I call back and I inquire about the ticket and they say it ll take such and such time to process I call back a while later and they then produced a confirmation number for me Okay great At this point the reservation code showed up in the airline s application 4 Then the reservation provided wasn t paid for So when I reached out to the airline about the flight they confirmed a reservation but that the ticket hadn t been paid I called Trave Alliance back and he said oh it takes time Let me try to get it worked out More calls back and forth and eventually I am given two ticket numbers for me and my wife And these tickets are showing up in the airlines app 5 Then the tickets were paid for but were immediately canceled and refunded to the agency So I go back to the airline and ask about those tickets and they said those tickets were made but were immediately canceled and refunded due to the credit card used 6 Trave Alliance that they will use a different method of payment but no payment made yet More back and forth and now Trave Alliance has told me they will use a different method of payment to the airline to get it to go through They said that last night and as of this morning the airline has told me no payment has come through 7 Playing hard to get now Right now I m now waiting for Trave Alliance to open their business hours to ask them to put payment through On their website they say 24 7 and over the phone yesterday I was told they are open 24 7 but elsewhere I have seen 9am EST to 7pm EST Well it s 10 15am EST and when I call from my phone I get sent to a voicemail that says It s not business hours but leave a message and then it hangs up immediately with no time for a message I will try my wife s phone next lol In other news the airline has told me that the agency could cancel and get the tickets refunded at a later date if they wanted to so I image that is the next tactic Just book the flight for us for real and then cancel it last minute leaving us stranded while pocketing the money we paid them Oh one other detail is Trave Alliance upcharged me 70 for adding a carry on to both our tickets Well I checked with this particular airline and they have zero ticket offerings that don t include a carry on On one of my calls with Trave Alliance I brought this up At first the agent deflected But then he said oh I see I will get that refund processed for you Still haven t seen that refund come through I would stay away The amount of time lost is way more than the cost of the discount on these tickets
