Very Dirty and Too Many Cockroach
1st and the last booked from this app I booked the unit in the Anderson tower 2307 on 8th March 2024 first time check in the room is dirty too many cockroach and garbage Luckly that also have roomboy saw that I also complained to change the room but they offer pest control and that useless Till i checkout still have cockroach Offer price with room condition is not affordable Support too slow respond and waste my time

Incompetent malicious and fraudulent
Travelio is quite literally the worst company I have ever had the misfortune to deal with - completely disorganised dishonest and utterly incompetent Last week I waited in the apartment for 3 days for a technician to fix a leaking window - they kept lying that the technician had tried to contact me but they refused to provide a screenshot showing proof of that - but that s just the latest example of 2 months of hell with this company Here s a sample -App malfunctioned causing a delay in move-in preparations-After being cleaned by Travelio staff apartment was filthy with dirty dishes in the cupboards leading to a cockroach infestation-Many of the items on the inventory list were missing and if I had not checked carefully they would have charged me for them on move-out- Travelio charged for internet service despite there being no modem in the apartment and no service because the owner had not paid the bill for months Travelio took more than a month to refund the charge I had to install my own internet which they threatened to penalize me for doing -Hundreds of messages screenshots available and around 3 hours of paid phone calls with customer service-Customer service rarely solved the problem but new messages were answered by a different person asking the same questions previously answered and asking for photos and videos that were previously sent and that they could have seen by scrolling up so I had to send the same photos multiple times-Travelio said they would charge the customer me for everything I find wrong with the apartment unless it was reported within 48 hours of move-in see numerous other complaints about this from other people who have been defrauded by Travelio For instance the refrigerator stopped working but that was my fault - I had to pay for a technician to visit which he did after numerous no-shows When the owner eventually replaced it the new fridge was less than half the size of the old one When I sent Travelio side-by-side pictures of the two fridges they kept insisting that according to their records the two fridges were the same size - despite the evidence in front of their own eyes I could go on - there have been about 10 things wrong with the apartment that took weeks to fix - but I think you get the picture - a company that treats its customers like dirt and actually tries to defraud them by charging for things that were already broken I am quite certain that my deposit - which they say will take 2 MONTHS to refund after move-out - will not be refunded in full on some spurious excuse Please for your own sanity avoid this company like the plague There are plenty of other ways to rent apartments

Do not use this service under any circumstances While the locations and the supposed amenities give the impression that it can t be as bad as people say - it can and is The apartment is filthy not dirty or slightly neglected but filthy the dishes in the apartment were uncleanable the linens disgusting and I wouldn t touch the rice cooker with a pole The bathroom exhaust has never been cleaned and the AC is leaking water everywhere Fortunately there will be plenty of cockroaches to keep you company while you re trying to deal with this mess They are also more responsive than their support

Bad customer service
Bad customer service I rent a 3BR apt with my family and very dissatisfied because they mentioned that there s water heater but it never worked I complained almost every single day but they didn t do anything until i gave up after 2 weeks There are lots of cockroaches at the kitchen one of the airco isn t cold enough They asked me for a review afterwards but when i wrote an honest one and i left a negative one they didn t put that on their website What a joke

beware of this company
beware of this company I rented for a year but they didnt provide anything correcty after I paid for all their service I paid for general cleaning when I check in the room is very very dirty smell of trash and trash everywhere the aircon are broken the light broken the curtain is dirty and broken mostly inside the unit is broken and not like their advert in their page dont get fooled by picture on their page is fake is scam they require deposit but when you ask th deposit they will avoid and keep asking all document that you already give them I losses my valuable items when I checked in I put my bad on the table there is so many people inside the unit fixing the unit there is no lock or key for any room inside the unit even for the main door they give only 1 key no spare and you need to copy or change they provide kitchen tools which is garbage the cleaning tools also garbage the sofa very very dirty I am sure the previous tenant was a women with hijab because I saw lots of needle on the floor she throw after using it even under the bed there is needle very very danger if you bring kids with needle hidden under sofa table dining chair there is cockroach under kitchen sink when I open it the run everywhere when I complain they want to put extra charge on it they dont check inside the room properly they have my contact details to inform me if the room not ready but they didnt when you check in on their page like they guide any issue inside the room after check they will ignore please dont get temp by their advert for cheap room it only advert in reality they didnt provide anything proper is not cheap anyway they will put extra charge and you ll received none sense invoice please avoid if you dont want to get scam or trouble like me avoid at any cost just rent a hotel even tho paying a little bit extra but will give you also extra comfort during stay

Nightmare Customer Service
My booking number is B9F2929F5F5 for Jakarta Our experience of using your service has been extremely horrible Coming from Singapore I feel really traumatised from using Travelio Service because there was so many utilities that was not working on the day that we arrived at the apartment Even after 2 weeks the problems with the air-conditioning and stove remained unresolved And while the unit was advertised that it came with WiFi we don t have an internet in our unit for the past 2 weeks Our own data roaming expenses have been rising fast Instead of solving the problem we are accused of causing the problem because we didn t report the issue within 2-days But neither should we be expected to enter into an apartment unit that has so many utility problems And your customer service refused to even pickup the phone though we made many attempts to reach you The way that you have handled the problem is dishonest and unprofessional Please advise how should I manage the issue Otherwise I would escalate this issue to the relevant consumer body Please message me privately to follow-up on this issue Thank you Kind regards Eric
