I wasn t happy at all
I wasn t happy at all expensive and if you pay a cabin luggage you should put it over your locker but ridiculous rules that anyone can put in your lockers If only emirate flight can fly short haul flight i will never use this airline

This is the worst airline I ve ever
This is the worst airline I ve ever flown On my way out from Gatwick to Glasgow the flight was delayed for 3 1 2 hours and on the return flight two days later my flight was delayed again for another two hours with notifications less than 30 minutes before the newly estimated departure time The flight cost the same amount as a BA flight to Berlin So they are not cheap We were given food vouchers of 6 pounds on the first flight but we could not even use them to purchase food on the plane as they were restricted to a few retailers in the airport Instead the airline was more interested in peddling jewelry and perfume for sale This is the most lousy airline service I ve ever experienced Save your money You are better off paying a little extra for a first-tier airline Easy Jet will frustrate you and screw up your itinerary because they are useless and unpredictable The Aurline Federation needs to sanction this outfit for gross incompetence

Failed to fully refund for flight THEY cancelled
When we were at the gate waiting for an evening flight from Milan back to Gatwick Easyjet cancelled the flight just 20 minutes before we were due to go No other flights that evening so they put us in an hotel 40 miles away and booked us on an early morning flight next day It took 1 1 2 hours to get there by public transport but there was no way to get back to the airport by public transport early enough next morning so we had to pay over 100 Euro for a taxi Now we find that while they have refunded the hotel charge they won t pay for the taxi Last attempt now being made to sort this otherwise they are BANNED FOR LIFE BY WHOLE FAMILY

Diversion trouble
On our journey back from Crete we were aiming for Gatwick where our car was parked but due to staff issues were diverted at the last minute to Luton We were firstly told they were hoping for ground transport but after landing we were told there was none we had to make our own ongoing travel arrangements In the end due to my wife s slipped disc weight of baggage we hired an Uber to get us to Gatwick I m trying to get Easyjet to reimburse the cost to consider the stress hassle caused but you may not be surprised to hear we re having trouble getting any compensation

Had enough of easyJet sleazyjet yet again delayed not our fault honest let s get you all packed on the plane then inform you that yet again we are going to sit here for over an hour but because you are on the plane it s not delayed Six flights this year all delayed

Easyjet holiday bought through Hays travel but not as advertised as building works ongoing scaffolding crumbling balconies to make matters worse contracted food poisoning on the 1st night there Hays travel passed the blame to Easyjet Neither would take any responsibility for a hotel package which was not fit for purpose

You can cancel within 24H but they will charge you the cost of the ticket to do so
I booked a flight The cost of the ticket was 51 extras The same night I received the news that my father passed away Called the next morning to cancel I was reassured I can cancel the flight within 24h of booking Great I thought However they informed me it will cost me 49 cancellation fee Absolutely disgusting Rip-off comapny If you won t scammed at car rental place you ll get done somewhere else in this bussiness They don t care about you or anyone else all they want is your money

Lost our luggage
Lost our luggage On a 5 day trip we waited nearly three days for our luggage We had to pay to go back to the airport to get the luggage - they ve said you aren t entitled to any compensation for this Apparently they assume for the first 24 hours you ve got adequate items on you When I pack items for the hold I don t pack my cabin bag with items for my holiday so we didn t have anything on us They ve offered us 50 which apparently should cover essential items for both of us for nearly three days Customer service is appalling - they just repeat the same line - you agreed to terms and conditions It s worth spending a bit more time on an airline who cares about thru customers They ruined our trip and think 50 is adequate compensation

Appalling incompetent customer service
A nightmare experience EasyJet cancelled our flight from Naples to Gatwick at the last moment and instead of booking us on another direct flight home bsent us to Barcelona the following afternoon From there we were put on a flight to Gatwick The flight was delayed and we arrived late the following evening too late to get home by public transport but no help from EasyJet They wrongly charged us for our hold luggage on the 2 flights even though we had already paid for luggage on the original flight from Naples to London Since then I have been trying to claim expenses and recoup the money wrongly charged for baggage There the fun really started My travelling companion and I happen to have the same forename so having filled in their wretched form and with great difficulty uploaded receipts I was informed that these expenses had already been paid and mine were a duplicate Eventually they conceded that i am not the same person and although my friend had received some expenses back I had not After having to resubmit the form and receipts 3 more times I was assured a travel voucher and a payment into my account would be forthcoming this was the 4th person I had dealt with Unfortunately the 5th and later advisors in their wisdom decided that no travel voucher was happening and that instead money had been deposited into the account of the person who made the booking Obviously the confusion of 2 people who happen to share the same name is too much for these people so my companion received her expenses and mine as well as mine I would advise anyone thinking of flying with EasyJet to think again

My flight along with several others
My flight along with several others were cancelled on 21 06 at Gatwickin early eveninf It was chaos with only a few service staff available and took ages just to reach exit zone Rebooking options on their slow app were limited to 11 hr change overs arriving 2 days later As I live in country where football tournament is on there was only flights next day available for over 500 euros and easyjet would say we ll we offered you an option a very poor one I rebooted a flight from Birmingham with hotel plus train extra cost I assume their t c will immune them from reimbursing Please note I pay extra for easyjet plus don t bother as doesn t help in these circumstances
