Family Gal pagos Getaway

Thanks to Jeferson Paucar at Responsible Travel our family Christmas getaway to the Gal pagos Islands was amazing and smooth Starting at the airport there was a local guide at every transfer and excursion ensuring we got where we needed to Our family of four including two teenagers 14 and 12 loved every one of our excursions and each of the islands we visited The hotels and lodges we stayed at were all different great and clean We would recommend Jeferson to anyone looking to organize a trip to the Galapagos and made lifetime memories

Perfect holiday

The tour schedule was perfect Busy for 3 weeks then a relaxing week at the beach All airport pick ups and drop offs were on time Hotel locations were great close to restaurants shopping and not too big and commercial Loved having breakfast included Guides were very knowledgeable flexible for schedule and accommodate physical abilities Suggest guides allow guests to view museums at their own pace rather than walk through with us pointing things out The museums in Vietnam are well signed and well organized on their own

Incredible trip to Egypt

As a family of five with young children we had an incredible time during our 8-day trip to Egypt Despite the packed itinerary and tight logistics everything went smoothly allowing us to fully enjoy and take in the sights of Cairo along the Nile River cruise from Aswan to Luxor and Alexandria Many thanks to Amira for helping put together the incredible itinerary A special shout-out to our tour guides Mohamad M Abdelfattah and Azab Morssy they made the trip truly memorable and highly educational with an added personal touch that delighted the entire family

Andrea did an excellent job to fit in everything I wanted to do in my itinerary She planned every detail and everything worked like clockwork during my trip Special mention to my guides Silvina in Buenos Aires Eduardo in Puerto Natales who were enthusiastic and took a lot of attention to show me everything I also enjoyed my stay in Roble Sur in El Calafate

Trip of a lifetime - Northern India with Boutindia

Wonderful experience seeing many of the amazing sights of Northern India The support and organisation from Boutindia was exemplary Our drivers were careful polite and always available on time the guides generally excellent and it felt like our experience was important to the company We stayed in some wonderful hotels and problems with our internal flights sorted so we could make all our planned destinations

Our first trip to India - we wanted to play it safe and opted for Travel Local We wanted a travel agency that was familiar with the country s culture and would support travellers before and during the trip Our destination was to be Rajasthan and the travel planning began 6 months before the start of the trip Our german-speaking contact person in Delhi Anil D from Quality India Tours with whom we also had telephone contact at the beginning gave us comprehensive advice and took all our ideas and wishes into account The trip Delhi Rajasthan Agra Khajuraho Varanasi Delhi - was planned and booked within 14 days In december the time had come and our three-week round trip could begin We soon realised that the trip was perfectly organised by Quality India Tours We were given valuable and important advice at the beginning by the trip coordinator Amar S Y at no time were there any discrepancies or complaints we didn t have to worry about anything Very few hotels the 2 we had chosen by ourselves did not quite meet our expectations but that is a matter of personal preference In the destinations we were accompanied by english- or german-speaking tour guides and were able to gain many insights that could not be gained from travel literature Even last-minute change requests were no problem As Rajasthan is a very large state we also spent several hours in the car - our special thanks go to the best driver in the world Manoj S To the European guest Indian traffic often seems very chaotic but with him at our side we always felt safe and in good hands in every respect This trip was an exceptionally wonderful experience - thanks to everyone who made it possible Incredible India - we ll be back

Adventure in Nepal

All of the experiences during our trip in Nepal giving us great memories The whole trip was wonderful The driver was great he stayed with us the whole period and we feel safe driving with him on the challenged roads We had connections with the guide in Kathmandu I m sorry I forget his name as we had 3 days with him The guides in Pokhara were good too All of them explained us not only the history of Nepal they also explained the daily life and culture of Nepal which interests us Also recommended us good local restaurants to try in Kathmandu and Pokhara The hotels were nice and cozy It is different in a positive way and unique The hotel staffs are friendly and helpful Sarangkot Mountain Lodge was amazing We impressed by the Green Mansion Jungle Resort Chitwan

I have dealt with TravelLocal since summer 2023 My original trip had to be postponed due to my unforseen circumstances but they arranged everything for the following year without any hiccups I found them helpful attentive great communication - Francisco Monique were so helpful and all arrangements went off without a hitch I wouldn t hesitate to use then again in the future
