I had to cancel my trips due to Covid

I had to cancel my trips due to Covid 19 and asked for a refund I booked via Traveloka for 4 people Wings Air provided with a travel voucher instead of a refund which I reject and request for a refund Bear in mind that the country is closed due to Covid restrictions 1 year validity is just ridiculous It took so long until they said the voucher is not recognised by the airline You could only proceed with requst via their app and not by e-mail Thereafter without further notice after 2 days your enquiry is automatically closed and no further follow up

SCAM LAZY STAFF

I booked flight tickets from jpn to dps at first they reschedule our tickets that have to transit over a night I still have patience with that cause they already did that a few times and if I ask for a refund or reschedule I will just lose my money or have to pay more for another new ticket And after they rescheduled the ticket the status changed to flight canceled by airline so I ask for a refund cause what else can I do since they had no further information about the ticket status for a couple of months I reached them on the apps but they always cancel our refund request until my mom had to call them and went to their office luckily I m in Indonesia they finally accept our refund request but guess what I booked the tickets for 17 million rupiahs but they only refund the money for 10 million rupiahs god damn it it has happened for some time they first reschedule my flight for ours or a day once then I have to cancel it then I have to pay more for another ticket I also struggle to contact them cause it was always directed to bot chat

It s been months and they keep making excuses They won t refund my money even though they keep saying they will I constantly receive emails asking about my local Indonesian Bank I have explained to them I don t live in Indonesia I was a tourist in Indonesia They asked for my IBAN and received it It s been 2 months now and I still don t have my money back STAY AWAY SCAMMERSSHAME ON YOU

I bought a plane ticket with return flight My flight from the Philippines to Singapore and Indonesia was exciting Everything went smoothly However things grew worse on my journey back to the Philippines Baggage costs a lot and is not free If I don t have money I ll be stranded in the Jakarta airport Having said that I will not suggest this app to everyone If you have money or are wealthy you will love this app If you don t have enough money to pay for other costs avoid this app

Terrible process for rebooking at Traveloka

Terrible process for rebooking tickets in which there is no price transparency about the pricing of new flight options and high Traveloka fees Unlike other online travel services with each reschedule flight option we must ask Traveloka for a quote one at a time Then must wait for an email from a Traveloka agent with the new price But the quoted prices are much much higher than the prices shown by the airlines on their own web sites So it seems that Traveloka is engaging in unreasonable price mark ups that are arbitrary If you use Traveloka you cannot deal with the airlines directly In summary avoid Traveloka and use other better services or just deal with the airlines directly I will never use them again

Scammer They told you the tickets were refundable or at least half of the money will be returned if you cancelled it yourself so you booked other airlines and then it turned out not as it said this is clearly how it makes profit from unfair canceling policy there will be no more with traveloka

SCAMMER HAVENT RECEIVED MY REFUND ITS ALMOST A YEAR

My flight was cancelled by the airline so I submitted a refund request this was in July 2022 It is now March 2023 and they havent refunded my flight yet They only started with the refund process about a month ago but guess what I STILL HAVENT GOTTEN MY REFUND YET they kept giving excuses how they cant refund the money back due to wrong bank details asked me soooo many times to provide them with my bank details but they keep coming back with refund failed and asked me to give them a singaporean bank account Im not even from singapore didnt purchase it in singapore and not even flying to singapore I have zero connection to singapore and i dont understand why they needed a singaporean account in order to refund my money In my opinion they might just be making this difficult on purpose in hopes that I would give up and just let it go But thats not happening I already lost alot of money from them cancelling my flight in the first place First experience with this company and you can bet this will be my last experience with them too

Absolutely terrible app experience booking experience customer service experience Can t even justify trying to refund my tickets because they take half the total Never use traveloka if you re booking anything in Indonesia Book direct You will never speak to a customer service agent as they try to tell you to do everything in the app which is also impossible Scam
