Sister Ayesha was very approachable Whatever questions I asked her she always responded and was happy to clarify either via WhatsApp or phone call We booked well in advanced so it would have been nice for some contact in between to make sure everything was on track Visas were straightforward and no real hiccups Throughout our umrah journey Ayesha kept in touch and was contactable - this was very helpful Overall a good experience and our umrah journey was perfect Thank you very much Ayesha

Very grateful to brother Usman who helped us through the full booking procedure He is very professional and always willing to help Brother Usman arranged the best hotels for us within walking distance to Haram He dealt with everything swiftly and everything was organized on time He also checked in on us throughout our travel and was offering support I would definitely highly recommend this company to anyone looking to go for hajj or umrah Do ask for brother Usman who will look after you Our hotel was five mins away in Madina near gate 328

Booking was made through Natasha who was really helpful from the beginning to end i picked hotels myself for makkah and madina with the help of the agent Makkah there was a small issue with the booking at hilton but it was resolved within a few hours the transport was on time i had no issues Visas were done on time the agent Natasha was caring and sent me several messages to ask how everything was going during our 16 day stay in makkah
