Super customer service

I booked a non-refundable hotel stay through Traveluro two weeks ago Yesterday I was notified from the concert ticket agent about the concert cancellation I called the Traveluro and asked if I could cancel the non-refundable hotel reservation He politely replied that he could not do that but he could ask the hotel for cancellation since I booked a non-refundable reservation Within 24 hours my reservation was cancelled and refunded I am very pleased with his understanding and customers service

Thank you for doing the right thing and refunding my money back to me I really appreciate it

This company is the worst on the planet I asked for the date to be changed on my room because I made the mistake and picked the wrong date I waited for over an hour and I truly don t believe I will get it resolved My driver is probably going to have to sleep in the truck I will NEVER use this website again to book ANYTHING Please I beg you DO NOT USE THEM

Hassle free booking I wouldn t worry

Obviously was fairly worried after reading other reviews so after booking I rang their customer services that got in contact with the hotel in Milan to make 100 sure that my booking was confirmed Overall positive experience booking with traveluro especially considering the low prices hasn t been the nightmare that other reviews suggest however do be mindful just in case my situation was a one off Cheers traveluro

I had a booking via Traveluro after that I read the negative reviews and made me very disappointed and anxious but my booking was very smooth and I saved a lot of money on through this website

Confirmed room booked cross my fingers don t experience what others have given bad reviews

I booked a hotel for 116 CAD compared to 190 CAD for mid-jan Of course too good to be true so i ended up googling after i booked and was super surprised to see all the negative feedback about it being a scam Of course super nervous so called the hotel today to see if they had my reso since i had booked for 4 people but the reso didn t tell me what kind of beds were available so that concerned me especially with the reviews Anyhow a bit relieved that i was told i am booked for 2 queen beds Now will just wait to see if that materializes NOTE for me not as big of a deal if it doesn t work out as i live 40 mins away it s a room i booked for convenience for a tournament so i don t have to drive back and forth over 3 days cross my fingers I am also a bit confused because if you search up traveluro there seems to be two profiles This one with bad reviews and hundreds of reviews and the other one has a better score with a thousands of reviews Although listed a Traveluro by Splitty can t include link so look up Traveluro in trustpilot NOTE Vio Traveluro and Splitty seem to be the same company
