Cheap and tacky doesn t work

The product is poor They agreed on a refund and then kept delaying the refund Eventually they blocked the email address so I couldn t contact them I still haven t received a refund I m confident this company are scammers

If it was appropriate to leave negative stars I would I have waited for nearly 2 months and nothing received when I contact them I get a response they are very sorry and I need to contact my local courier but they are not able to tell me who this could be I have asked for my money back and to date no joy AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Bought from this company back in December 2023 Thank god I paid for it through Paypal as I cancelled order and they proceeded to send out product and take money Once it arrived I sent it back at my own cost with a tracker When it sat in customs for over 2 weeks I made contact again to see why no one had paid the duty on their end for them to tell me it wasn t in their country Therefore I sent a screenshot of the tracked parcel to show it was there They still did nothing about this This went on for another 2 weeks therefore I took out a complaint with Paypal who made them pay my money back within a week Turns out they never paid the duty and the parcel was returned to me last week AVOID this company at all costs

The product arrived over 2 months ago doesn t work at all had blown up 4 plugs I contacted customer services to possibly return and replace product They respond quick with generic emails after having to explain multiple times to different people my issue it is still unresolved I have not received a refund a way to return it after being promised I would promptly

Avoid where you can get a similar

Avoid where you can get a similar product from a more reputable company I have been trying to contact this company for over 2 weeks now seems my previous review may have been removed even though I updated it in response to the email they sent me last week They have an online contact us form which I completed on 7th April to which I received a reply 4 days later stating I was outwith the 14 day trial period as it is from date of order however website quotes it s from date of receipt I have replied to this email over a week ago and not received a response and subsequently replied to the email that was titled complaint from their end

Really appalled by this product I bought it for 70 and followed the instructions watched the video The curls DO NOT stay in for more than 10 minutes Literally spent hours doing my hair for it to all fall out within 10-15 mins SO disappointed compared to how it is portrayed on social media Absolute scam - would not recommend

do not buy They advertise if you not satisfied with product within 14 days you can return it and get full refund So that s what I ve done Took me ages for them to even agree to their own terms Going back and forward they finally agreed and then I paid 30 pounds to return it Did it weeks ago Tried get in touch because they still haven t given the refund I ve tried to email over and over again but girl called Lisa just would ignore my emails
