Trawick Very Helpful and Quick to Respond
We had a trip from May 21 we canceled due to Covid Trawick agreed to extend the policy by a year We finally booked another trip for 4 23 I contacted Trawick today by phone They asked me to email them the original policy number and details for the new trip I did that and within an hour Trawick had given me the additional cost this trip is slightly higher and asked would I like to charge the difference to the credit card the original policy was booked on After asking a few questions we now have a policy for a our new trip Trawick was very helpful and made this transition very easy Thank you Trawick

I spoke to someone in customer service
I spoke to someone in customer service who helped me out and answered all questions She immediately sent me copies of my policies which I had her make some minor changes to and sent them while I was on the phone with her Best customer Service ever
