Terrible Experience and Worst Customer Service
This has been the worst online experience I have had in a long time I have waited weeks for my item and I m still yet to receive it The first time I called I was told it would arrive the next day which was obviously a lie because it never did I called numerous times after that and no one picked up my call I sent 3 emails asking for the tracking information for my item I finally got a response stating that the latest date I would have my item is 28 December today It s no surprise that I have still not received it I also never received the tracking information even though I asked 3 times so I m very convinced it was never sent in the first place I ve never seen a store be secretive about delivery info Worst of all no one even apologised for the unexpected delays Very disappointed with this experience and will hopefully get a full refund very quickly If not I ll be updating this review

Not happy at all
Not happy at all Ordered and paid for an item waited weeks for delivery and the wrong item was sent Brought this to their attention and they said the correct item was being made and sent - another two weeks later and they tell me they don t the actual item I bought Clearly it wa snot a mistake that I was sent the wrong item they were trying to get away with sending me something different to what I purchased hoping I wouldn t notice

Order 3 x panels due for delivery n Fri 3rd I know this is only a small order but still an order no less This was the last day of there 3-5day estimated delivery time Managed to speak with a gentleman who told me was definitely out for delivery I m still yet to receive any panels Sent email no response Called numerous times every day No one answers the phone No one answers the live chat Weather I ll get a response who knows Wouldn t recommend this company to anyone Seems they have a habit of messing people around from previous reviews

I am so impressed by Treesy Green s customer service After an initial inquisitive email about a huge order 98 panels Alex and the customer service team worked relentlessly to provide a quote we were happy with and deliver to our requirements The communication was speedy clear and enthusiastic They understood our vision perfectly and provided the exact foliage to fit the brief and the room now looks amazing So far the product looks wonderful and high quality Our rainforest room has come to life Thanks Alex the TG team
