I had a really good experience here I ordered some parts from the online site They were at a great price and it said 4 - 8 days for delivery which was longer than I would have liked but for the price I couldn t complain The parts arrived the next day and were well packaged and as described What more could you ask for 5 star

I visited the Trek Bicycles in Southlake TX on 11 05 2023 for some service and I was amazed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff Wes greeted me warmly and helped me with an oddball request repair that I had He explained the process and the cost clearly and honestly He also told me that it would take some time as they were very busy with other customers I decided to wait and browse around the store While I was waiting I met Eddie who was very knowledgeable and helpful He showed me some of the latest models and features of the bikes He also answered all my questions patiently and enthusiastically I was so impressed by his service that I ended up buying a bike for my husband as a surprise gift Eddie made sure that I got the best deal and the right fit for the bike I also noticed how well the staff of three worked together as a team Josh was the third member of the staff and he was also very courteous and efficient He handled the checkout and the delivery of the bikes smoothly and quickly He also thanked me for choosing Trek Bicycles and invited me to come back anytime I was very satisfied with my experience at the Trek Bicycles in Southlake TX The staff of three Wes Eddie and Josh were all outstanding and went above and beyond to make me happy They were overloaded with happy yet patient customers but they never lost their smile or their professionalism They were gelling together despite being overworked I would highly recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a great bike and a great service Thank you Trek Bicycles for making my day
