Excellent rating deserved for addressing problem fast

This company deserves an excellent review I purchased a Rab jacket from Trekitt which was great initially but after only using for a couple of weeks for gentle walks some of the synthetic filling leaked from the jacket and the pocket zip split and jammed Trekitt accepted the return and acknowledge that this problem shouldn t have occurred They processed the refund rapidly upon receipt of the jacket I am not used to companies responding so positively when problems occur with a purchase after using it so think they deserve this rating

I ve only recently started wild camping thru-hiking so I ve had a lot of equipment to purchase I ve bought a few bits from trekkit now and I must say I m nothing but impressed deliverys are quick not had anything to do with customer service on the basis that they get everything right first time the prices are competitive i just got a sleeping bag in sale reduced by 100 which has just arrived and I m so pleased a fraction the size and weight of my other one meaning a lighter pack and pack weight reduction is a blessing thank you trekkit I m definitely a repeat customer for life

It really makes a change to find a company like trekitt who have a high street presence fantastically competitive prices and able to provide a mail order service as good if not better thank many of the national companies I ve saved a significant amount of money by buying from Trekitt and the customer service is fantastic Well done

I ordered something yesterday lunchtime and it arrived today well packaged The branded item was considerably cheaper than in other stores so all in all I am very impressed and will be using the company again Thankyou

Good range of really good kit and friendly knowledgeable staff in an independent shop and lots of useful videos online The staff all seem to be really active in different outdoor sports and very well trained with no pressure to buy

Fantastic customer service

I was undecided between two jackets so I emailed Trekitt asking for advice who got back to me within no time at all They sent me pictures of the two different jackets tried on by the staff so I could get an idea of fit and layering I soon after placed my order and it arrived with no issues at all Will definitely be using again
