I ordered an iPhone 11 case as well as a screen protector January 6 it is now January 28 and still nothing I just got my first notification today saying that my order was shipped but nothing yet on tracking This is unacceptable I m assuming it s one of them foreign companies like Wish where you always find a problem with your order it s pretty much like a big scam I should ve known after working years with the postal service that this was a bad idea I don t even want their product anymore so I went purchased from Amazon and am completely satisfied

I ordered sneaker slippers on Nov 24 It s Dec 20 and I just checked the tracking info and order was cancelled They did not inform me of that nor refund me I emailed them on Dec 1 to check on status and they said they would be here before Xmas I emailed them twice today with no response
