I was looking for a particularly rarely used router bit not one but 2 to be precise and I found it whilst going through the product list Th fact that I was able to get what I was looking for made the experience really enjoyable

I have been using Trend products for many years both hobbiest and commercial i find their products to be excelent value for money unfortunatly my most recient purchase 1 4 router kit had big problems with the collet one day after contacting Trend their technical support manager got in touch and tried to help it may be a issue with the bach or a design flaw but all the parts he looked at had a similer flaw he sent me the best one they had which is still not really fit for purchase so i will need to get a different brand this is a one off and the customer service i received was second to none hence the 4 5 even with a defective part Update cliff has had a part fully flattened and is sending it through in 30 odd years this is probably the best customer service I have had

Trend may be my new favourite brand

I can t give Trend enough appreciation their customer support is amazing I ve had to contact them for help a couple times now over the years and they have been quick understanding and very very helpful I will be buying Trend more and more

T7 Parallel guide problem replacement sent same day

Had a problem with the parallel guide for my new Trend T7 Router Contacted Trend customer service in an online chat Connected with Cliff and explained the situation He informed me that a replacement would need to be sent out He arranged that immediately for next day delivery He even set it up to function as expected before it was sent out He was very informative very helpful and went out of his way to ensure a good resolution was reached Phenomenal service I struggle to believe that such good service actually exists in this country But Cliff at Trend is definitely one that stands out as a brilliant customer service advisor

Delivery quoted was 2 days receipt more than a week U K VAT was charged on a product coming to Switzerland where VAT is 8 5 However Trend quickly responded to my complaint which was due to my ordering from the U K page instead of worldwide In light of their response I now rate their service at 5 stars

Very happy with the customer service both when I first purchased an item for a warrant registration query and then later when my item glitched The technical support was excellent I was actually able to get through to a human easily and they were knowledgable and responsive They sent pictures and self help instructions sent a part out same day and all in all I was operational within 24hours Great stuff and it s unfortunate that this kind of service is on the decline We ll done Trend
