They sent the wrong carpet When I asked them to send the correct one they said they will send the money back They also reminded me that I have max 14 days to return the carpet if I don t like it I saw no apologies for their mistake Avoid this shop

Wrong product and you wont see your money
I order one carpet and the delivery was fast but got wrong product Took almost 2 weeks for the customerservice to respond what to do They finally answered and gave option to return product and make new order No apologizes or offering correction in their end Returned the carpet and after 2 months still waiting my money Just got reply that system change happened between and thats why transfer have not worked earlier Tho they did not even ask my bank information earlier just this week

Terrible quality
Terrible quality incredibly thin and even the measurements are totally wrong I really regret buying from that store for that money I could have bought a beautiful big carpet from anywhere else

DON T TOUCH THIS SCAM COMPANY
ANSWER TO TRENDCARPETS COMMENT BELOW It is ridiculous You keep on acting like you want to take care of this mess and tell me to contact you I have done this 15 times - and still you refuse to take the carpet back You seriously claim that the carpet you sent med matches the colors on the website It is NOT THE CARPET IN THE PICTURES ONLINE - you admitted it yourself in an email So why does this mess have to continue It feels like you are trying to tire me out Ridiculous My order number is 1918068 and FEEL FREE to write me in the comment below so you cannot do your tricks again in a private email From other reviews I can see that I m not the only being scammed by this scam company I have been in contact with this crazy company after receiving a carpet that is NOT the product they advertise on their webpage I have been in contact with them around 12 times - phone and email - and it is getting exhausting and ridiculous It feels like their businessmodel is sending BAD products that is NOT the ones you can see online and then just slowly pushing and pressuring customers to give up complaining im shocked about their ways I received a carpet that is a COMPLETE DIFFERENT COLOR than on their webpage For many weeks they have denied this - which is ridiculous I wish you could post pictures on trustpilot - it is OBVIOUS In my latest correspondence on email Trendcarpet write the following word by word But of course on the website we have white edges and you received darker ones which was changed during our improvement process and therefor we have no updated version yet on our website 1 In the pictures online the edges are light beige - on my carpet they are black as well as the carpet that should have been green 2 The person from Trendcarpet admits that the edges are a different color and admits it was changed during our improvement process and therefor we have no updated version yet on our website OH MY GOD Here it is It IS A DIFFERENT CARPET AND THEY DOD NOT CHANGE THE PICTURES How on earth can I as a customer be responsible for change in improvement process and therefor have no updated version on our website I mean COME ON This is ridiculous I have bought a product that has been changed but the photos online have not - Trendcarpets says so themselves DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM HERE

Dreadful product quality
I ordered a rug from trend carpets When it arrived from SWEDEN I found the quality condition to be awful It was very thin and although it was meant to be navy blue gold there were dreadful white patches showing through I decided to immediately return it for a refund Dealing with customer services has been fine I did receive my refund I just wish I had read the previous reviews you can purchase much better quality rugs from local companies

Hope to goodness people read this before being sucked in again my rug awful quality 100 not worth half of thatAlso been stuck with it as fedex refused collection due to complicated customs saying I printed wrong barcode then fedex turn up unannounced whilst I m at workAbsolute nightmare of a companyGetting a refund is impossible Don t buy from abroad unless you want a whole load of hassle

Warning
I recently wrote a review about this company and how they have sent my order to the wrong address far away from where I live and 100 their fault They claimed then that they were fixing the issue and that they would redirect the order Ten days go by without a word I ask for an update and get the reply that my order is available for pickup STILL AT THE WRONG ADDRESS I have asked for a refund but no reply So now I am left with no order no refund and no update on the case Horrible service I am now in contact with my lawyer and we have set up a plan of action

The worst kind of carpets you can ever buy with a good amount of money It s like a magnet catches dirts very quickly and so thin The quality is very bad Not cleaning the dirts by vacuum I wrote to the customer service If I don t use it how do I know the quality Customer service didn t do anything about it Bought a trash which worths 118 euro I ll never buy anything from trend carpets Scam

I wish I could invest my money
I wish I could invest my money somewhere else rather than buying a cheap rug And I also wish that this scam trendcarpets fi will be justify by the consumer rights This kind of scam only possible in third world country but not in Europe I would be happy to see the long run for this business Maybe someone will step up with the complain

Not possible to return the carpet
I want to return the carpet I bought That is extremely difficult I bought the carpet in Finnish language When I asked how to return I got answer only in English She spoke very bad English and did not understand what I said and I did not understand what she said I asked if she speak Swedish No she does not First I had to wait 15 minutes before I was answered and that woman made me wait several times when she studied something and yet she could not advise me So I better just throw the carpet to sea
