Bad quality impossible to send it back

I paid the carpet with my personnal credit card The carpet is too thin and not of good quality at all so I asked to send it back and to find another thicker because I need it under my piano But they refused very coldly just because I had put the adress of my company for the sending UNFAIRNe commandez pas chez eux la qualit n est pas au rendez-vous et leur argument de remboursement est bidon Ils m ont refus le renvoi du tapis tout a parce que je l ai fait livrer mon entreprise vu que je savais que je ne serais pas chez moi Tapis de mauvaise qualit et pas beau du tout Je contacte ma banque demain on ne doit pas se laisser traiter de cette fa on

Quick delivery to France Ordered Denizli rug in blue It seems good quality edges are finished well it s a good weight and it lies flat The blues are darker than in the photos and in fact it looks nicer so I m delighted The only little problem is that although it was well wrapped for transport there was a small discoloured patch in the centre which was damp However this disappeared once it was washed and dried
