I m beyond upset as I received an item other than what I purchased I ve emailed attempted to call and wrote emails in regards to this to receive no response They didn t offer any tracking information which had me worried to the core as this was a Christmas gift that was really wanted Received item 3 weeks after purchasing

I have to conclude that this place is a scam There is no way to reach anyone and my husband ordered a jacket four weeks ago and we have received nothing They were very quick to receive payment but we have received nothing I would suggest not going with this company at all RUN Even if they are a legit company they are a very slow and unprofessional company and totally not worth the frustration We haven t been able to reach anyone

I placed an order on 1 30 and have been unable to get any order status At the time of purchase message stated item would be shipped within 4-7 days but order status still says processing I have called number for customer service several times but it keeps showing as busy and no response to my 4 emails I am beginning to feel that I may have been scammed considering a dispute via my payment method PayPal Hoping the item arrives but will never purchase anything from them again
