We have been trying for two months to get refund of 1800 from trevely on flights that were cancelled on 24 November by BA BA say we are due for full refund Two different staff members from Trevely keep fobbing us off with poor excuses why we have not had our money BA won t deal with us direct as booking was made through Trevely although confirm we are due full refund My husband spent whole of today trying to sort out to no avail We have been promised since January by trevely that our money will come but it never does Will never do business with them again

Worst travel company ever Have been trying to get my voucher from 2021 of 700 I have been calling every other since Jan 2022 no one calls me back and now they are saying it s expired They are rude untrustworthy and I would NEVER use the company again or suggest anyone else does

PLEASE do ot ever use this so called company It is fraud site and you WILL lose your money ATER many emails they eventually admitted it was their fault item was not received yet they still refuse to give FULL refund As yet i am still waiting for a reply to my last email basically I EXPECT TO LOSE MY MONEY so PLEASE think again before ordering anything They are a scam firm as far as i am concerned YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED
