Ordered middle December and now it is

Ordered middle December and now it is late April over 4 months later and no delivery I inquired a couple of times and they keep sending me these charts that say if you ordered in Dec then you will receive25 pound models by Feb and that the 35 pound models were actively shipping in March Well now it s April and nothing is being received at all Not sure what s going on with this company but over 4 months and nothing Telling me it is actively shipping and sill 2 more months and nothing Can t say I trust this company Headed over to the BBB next to file complaints there From there Attorney General and then hit all of the other review sites Don t want others to get screwed like I have been

I ordered two 15 pound thor hammers and never received them only a email after I wrote asking when they planned on shipping out my products that I already paid for simply saying they just got them stock up and will be shipping out shortly but nothing since then they don t even reply to other emails anymore And it s been over a month since the so called last update this company is a fraud and needs to be sued for theft

Damaged Product

The 55lb Hammer kettle bells I bought came damaged with scratches chipped paint and poorly packed They look like they were used

I ve never written a review but Lordt this has been the most insufferable experience I ve ever had with a company And I m very patient I ve ordered about 4 weeks ago First no order confirmation so idk what happened with the order Then I reached out no answer I started leaving comments on IG and then got answer Finally they shipped my order Left one of the plates Then i spent days trying to hear back Finally ship the second order with the missing plate I go get the plate and the new plate they sent doesn t match the original one so now I mSitting here with plates that don t match Same weight Different widths and height How am I supposed to workout with with that

No shipping updates order in limbo

Ordered a barbell bumper bundle end of October listed as in stock It s now December 30 and hasn t shipped Customer service hasn t replied in a month and the original replies couldn t give me any update on when it would ship Ended up disputing on my CC last week I d gladly close the dispute if the item would ship or even had an ETA for shipping Had 0 issues ordering the hammers via Amazon which is why I wanted to try some of the other gear Tried using the tribe-wod site for the bundle and it s been awful Seeing similar issues as others where everything I ordered is being shown as in stock and numerous sales emails for the items EDIT 1 1 23 Received an email today that the team has been notified to ship ASAP I ll edit this review if when it ships EDIT 1 21 23 Received an email today saying there was a technical issue and I need to cancel my order through Amazon I didn t order via Amazon though EDIT 2 3 23 Never received any further communication Checked the status of my dispute through my credit card and it was successful and the amount credited back to me

Joke of a company

Wouldn t cancel my order before shipping Now they won t return my emails about returning the items and the return link on their website doesn t work Absolute joke of a company

unresponsive customer service

I ordered an Odin Hammer They sent a Thor I returned it using their ups label They won t refund the money until they receive it Got lost by UPS Now no response to repeated enquiries reported to BBB Will contest charges on CC

I placed prder December 5th THEIR WEBSITE GUARANTEED I would have my 25 thor kettlebell by Christmas Every month it is a new excuse Every month conflicts with the prior excuse given Now they are suggesting they haven t even filled November s orders Which were claimed to have be filled months ago So now I caught them red handed in a bold face lie

Tribe Wod does not fulfill it s orders after receiving payment

I placed an order for a Thor KB in October with delivery guaranteed by December It is now March Still no product Customer service responses are vague They posted a picture of a warehouse full of this product and continue to sell it However people buying it even in January are reporting that they have not received their product either In February I received an automated response to my inquiry stating it would be shipped in 1-2 weeks That did not occur Now my order on my account is marked FULFILLED i never received a new tracking number or the product I believe I am out the money and the product at this point
