I can t get no satisfaction or shed

Oct 21 ordered and paid for the largest Titan shed they make The website indicated delivery was taking 16 - 18 weeks understandable I guess what with Covid doing the rounds Near the end of the 18 weeks I rang to check delivery I was told they could not provide that information as it was still on the production line but they would contact me in due course with delivery details A few days later I received an email stating the shed was nearing completion and they would call soon A few more days later they did that we arranged delivery for something like 10 days ahead At 1pm on the day of delivery and having heard nothing I rang to check it was coming I was assured it was to be delivered between 1pm and 5pm that same day Needless to say it did not arrive and I had wasted a day waiting I rang the next morning was told they d ring back with details of delivery and this they did It was now coming that day the day after the original delivery day between 1 and 5pm At 4 50pm I rang and this time spoke with a man who was as best sharp Apparently they d done all they can and it s now up to me to contact the delivery company I advised him my contract was with them not a third party After a little time getting nowhere he then advised me he d been in touch with them and he could promise me it would be with me that evening Needless to say it did not arrive I rang the following afternoon spoke to the same man this time there was no pretence at good customer service he cut straight to the short rows and was rude from the off not the mention wholly disinterested Apparently and he reminded me he d told me before they Trimetals have done all they can do and it delivery of a very expensive shed is now nothing to do with them At that point he put the phone down on me So here I am over 3 000 poorer no shed no sign of a shed and taking legal advice The Trimetals site indicates it is a family run business and it has been going for 50 years I m not a gambling man but I ll wager it won t be here in another 10 years let alone 50

Trimetals a misleading claims awful product no customer service

I have never written a TP review but felt compelled to do so about Trimetals as the product and service are so appalling I purchased a metal bike box from them as I thought spending somewhere around 700 would mean a quality product How wrong I was Materials low grade and when built the final bike box is flimsy The advertised product says it easily fits three to four adult bikes What a total lie It barely fit one adult bike and two small kids bikes When I write to the company to point out some of these issues I was met with total silence All in all I would steer well clear of Trimetals

Superb

Storeguard delivered ahead of time No missing parts and clear enough instructions to erect Glad I bought the 6ft wide box as the extra space has proved handy Hopefully it will last as long as advertised but up to now no complaints

Excellent good quality shed

Superb quality product Will not disappoint It would be helpful to broaden distribution base

Great product and customer service

Excellent product We had to wait a few months to get our small shed but we were delighted with it The build quality is impressive and it was reasonably simple to put together Initially one of the pieces was damaged but I got a replacement quickly and effortlessly I would recommend Trimetals and for sure would consider them first if I ever need another garden or bicycle storage

Edited comment lower down the top errors apply to buyshedsdirect not Trimetals The product itself came with two items in the wrong colour and was missing another piece entirely After trying to reach out to the customer support for over six months we have given up They claim to have contacted the distributor on the one occasion we got through and have heard nothing back since about 3-4 months ago With the missing piece it is possible to take the unit apart as it was a security piece and steal our bikes Not worth the cost at all considering it d be just as safe under a tarp at this point Edit- it was not a fault on Trimetals but the seller buyshedsdirect that had the horrid customer service and constantly rebuffed attempts to correct the items Thus far Trimetals has gone above and beyond to attempt to rectify the problem that they themselves had not been at fault for and immediately reached out to help with the described issues Update- within 3 days of supplying them with the information on the parts required we received them in the post and were able to fix the shed immediately Regarding the shed itself- it works perfectly as described It s solid good-looking and was not terribly difficult to assemble with two people on our own I would buy from them again but not through buyshedsdirect
