This programme has changed my life
This programme has changed my life I achieved what I d failed up so on so many other diets and lost a stone within 3 months and dropped 2 dress sizes but more importantly I have a completely different outlook on life I am strong i have an amazing community who are fun and encouraging always supporting each other on our whatsapp channel and an amazing coach who has motivated inspired and helped mev through difficult times - whether personal or health related I cannot praise Rob and Ben enough for setting up this inspiring programme - they have so much knowledge commitment and guidance there for us week after week and have totally busted the myth that you will just pile on pounds around your middle after 40 They know more about how the menopause affects us than any woman I know and I cannot recommend Trinity enough Join You ll never regret it

Trinity helped me to believe in myself and take control I was at a very low point thinking
I was at a very low point thinking nothing is working to lose weight and then I made the decision to join Trinity and it s the best thing I have done I lost 8lbs in 4 weeks but this is a long term commitment to keep the weight off and tone up So after 5 weeks I am definitely committed

Joining Trinity is one of my best decisions
Trinity has given me to the tools to focus on getting fitter and healthier I have struggled for years with yo yo dieting and inconsistent exercising The programme and phenomenal support has had a really positive impact on my physical and mental health I really enjoy the workouts and have seen great improvements in my strength and fitness This programme is worth every penny I m 12 weeks in and seen significant results I m looking forward to continued success on the programme

I love the onboard advice and health checks
Honestly I ve tried a few programs regarding weight health issues Trinity has provided weekly health checks and advice about where and how you can progress further in your journey with them They are non evasive which I love and work around your schedule and lifestyle It s really about taking onboard their advice and working it into your daily routine so it becomes a habit So far I ve received countless compliments at work and the clothes are fitting better than before If in doubt give trinity a call to discuss any doubts you have before considering joining the program You won t regret it

You get what you pay for in Life
After a while of being with Trinity it all starts to make sense You are surrounded by support science and encouragement to push to reach your goals - Your personal coach becomes a friend and confidante and the weekly seminars and science relevant subject matters and personal touches make this the most impressive course I have been on Rob and his team really know their stuff without being patronising or preachy You almost feel like you owe it to them to lose weight

The advice and support from the team is really on point I have found that the weekly coaching call are very motivational and the topic discussed are always interesting I learn so much from these sessions My individual coach responds with suggestions when I need then She also analyses my weekly macros and inform me which areas to improve eat more or reduce
