Great service I had worried when I saw the reviews on here but I think they may mostly be shoppers who are spooked by the order confirmation email that informs you in a long winded statement about how your purchase may be delayed the wording makes you think you have been sucker punched so if the buyer doesn t get a despatched email within two days they instantly give a negative review In reality the customer services reply is good the product arrives on time and the quality is good

I recently purchased a suitcase for my daughter to travel to the USA but unfortunately had an issue with the handle becoming stuck in one position Upon her return to the UK I contacted TRIPP customer services with the details and Helen C responded very promptly and with the issue resolved and a replacement dispatched to me within a week Great customer service and response from start to finish As a family and businessmen that travels regularly this is the 5th TRIPP suitcase that we have have purchased over the last 9 years - all still working well and having traveled extensively - I would highly recommend these products
