Denise was very informative and friendly She was not pushy to gain a sale Tripse are one of the few travel agents who send out your travel tickets This removes the stress and expense of having to print them out at home My documents had not arrived by the date Denise had promised I made a telephone call to be assured that they had been posted Denise offered to reprint them and send them again to be tracked and signed for The documents arrived the following day When I used the tracking system I discovered that Denise had posted them within an hour of my call First Class Service

Kyle is very friendly genuine and knowledgeable I was introduced to the company by a fellow cruiser and have been following them online for a few months I booked a cruise for March 2024 and apart from being the cheapest Kyle is really helpful knowledgeable and a lovely guy I look to book more cruises through Kyle its a very personal service
