I find the triumph spares support side
I find the triumph spares support side very poor As a motorcycle mechanic I service and repair mainly home goldwings in my Workshop But was asked to service and repair a triumph sprint st that had oil leaks on both fork legs So I went to triumph to order parts which took 2 weeks to get Removed forks from bike it s s 2005 model by the way Checked parts Wrong ones Had several conversations with triumph and was finally told that if I need the stanchion guide bushes I would have to buy the fork stanchion as it comes with it on them Not available from there spares department I find this very disappointing especially if I want to service the front forks on a Honda goldwing I simply order all parts and I mean any and all parts are available for internals but not for a triumph no not even the tube bush are the correct bush got the forks We Had to buy a second hand set of forks for the bike I told my customer to get rid of it and buy a Japanese bike no problem with spares

Recently had to buy a new headlight for
Recently had to buy a new headlight for my explorer 1200 xcx almost 500 for what is basically a plastic shell When I received it the bolts washers and rubber grommets weren t included so another 30 for these I used to ride a goldwing which were expensive for parts but Triumph take the biscuit a total rip off which should be investigated by comsumer groups etc

Time to switch brands
I feel pretty sad that I am writing this review I am a genuine Fanboy when it comes to Triumph I love that a British brand is out there kicking ass and taking names against some much more prominent brands However after a recent experience when my local dealer told me my head gasket was most likely blown on a 2018 Speed Triple with only 2100 miles only to find out that it was a water pump it leads me to question the entire credibility of the brand From the first time I spoke to the Dealer I was pretty clear that I knew the bike was out of warranty and that I was asking a big favour for out-of-warranty support But to find out that I could have laid out a massive chunk of cash when the problem was much simpler is galling It just feels like another example of a once great brand that has stopped to the base level of profit and revenue of customer care Why am I writing this review of Triumph you might ask They appoint the dealers who in turn represent the Triumph brand and manage the customer experience Time to switch brands

Terrible service
Terrible service I ordered clothes in the sale which were returned to triumph after ONE failed delivery attempt After contact they said they would resend the order I heard nothing for a week so I chased them up and they had booked the clothes in as stock and said all they could do was refund me As there are no more t shirts in the sale I m left with no t shirts No compensation other than a pointless 10 off voucher AVOID

Ghosted by Customer Service
I ordered a pair of boots from Triumph recently after buying a Triumph motorcycle I don t love the way they fit so I m trying to return them I didn t receive a return label had them shipped to a local dealer to save on shipping costs so I reached out to customer service to see how to get a label They responded asking me to send my last name and shipping address which I immediately did That was October 8 I never received a reply I followed up twice by email trying to confirm that they received the info they requested from me--no response I ve tried calling the 24 7 customer support phone number--it rings and rings no answer What do I do How do I get these boots returned They re just over 200 so it s not an insignificant amount of money This is ridiculous You are a major corporation How can your customer service be this poor

Just awful
Just awful Please steer clear I signed up a couple of weeks ago and I am deeply regretting it now The new policy came with a clause that I would always have a Thatcham or Sold Securelock on the motorcycle if I was away from the bike or it was uninsured This was not agreed to when I took out the policy Having it removed cost me another 30 admin fee They then misinterpreted my NCB doc and want to charge another 30 admin fee Just awful people who want to slap on hidden charges Triumph is a quality brand Triumph Insurance degrades that brand significantly Avoid if you don t want to be stung

Dissapointing service
I recently brought my bike in salone for a repair on the engine They returned the bike saying that the damage had been fixed instead I have found several additional damages that weren t there when I left it Still to this day they have not been able to fix it and my bike is basically useless It s important to point out that my bike is not even a year old yet I am so dissapointed with the service Triumph Officine has provided and even more upset that they can t fix the damages which they were responsible for
