I m the owner of the Coralfarm and Saltwateraquarium company called PolypFarm we regularly use TMC for Saltwater fish Invertebrate and corals The customer service and quality of live animals that we receive is just outstanding and amazing every single time Especially pleased with Stefans work customer satisfaction on point without a single fail The teams in the warehouse office and fish house are all extremely friendly and knowledgeable Keep up the great work We highly recommend

I had a broken Reef Tide powerhead which was out of warranty I contacted TMC to see what options I had and they immediately sent me the required replacement part Their customer services Dept couldn t do enough to help me fix the issue so I recommend them 100 Thanks TMC very impressed

One of the best customer service i ever

One of the best customer service i ever had LEDs on my 5 years old light unit failed due to its age I have contacted the TMC asked if they have spares or if they don t if I could have the technical details of the LEDS A nice lady replied and asked me for more details of the light unit 3 days later she has replied the light unit i have has been discontinued but she went the extra miles to see if there is any spare LEDs available and she has managed to locate the last set And she send it to me on next day postage total Free of charge I have heard TMC is good at their after care services but This is another level customer service the best and caring services ever ps The lady who sort this out deserves a pay rise She is a top asset of the company

Return pump issue

I had an issue with my 2 5 year old 5000 connect return pump and TMC helped me resolve the issue even though it was out of warranty Great service
