My husband and I were celebrating our 25th wedding anniversay and wanted somewhere really special for our momentos occasion I d never heard of Palm Island but when I described to Gail Bolton from Tropical Sky what I wanted she came up with this incredible magical island There are no words to describe our experience - it was truly wonderful The staff were without exception absolutely brilliant Helpful friendly warm and welcoming We will definitely be going back Thanks Gail x

Why the false negative reviews

I m not too sure why there are so many negative reviews because I can honestly tell you I have experiences quite the opposite to what a few people are saying We booked our wedding and holiday to St Lucia with Kat The wedding was cancelled and changed 4 times due to COVID restrictions Not once was a charged any fees at all In fact when the dates were pushed back I was refunded and just put down the original deposit They have been super helpful and infact received some of the best customer service I have ever had If you are thinking about booking with tropical sky please don t hesitate They are honestly fantastic

5 Service and knowledgeable team

We have just returned from a trip to the Zafiro Palace Alcudia organised by Tropical Sky From start to finish the experience was amazing and the service we received from the team was 5 They answered any queries we had and were very knowledgeable on what we needed to do pre-travel regarding vaccines and forms etc This meant we travelled stress free and were able to relax and enjoy every minute of our break Thank you Tropical Sky We are already looking to book our next trip with yourselves for 2023

Tropical Sky organised our Honeymoon to Krabi in Thailand November 2022 and from start to finish they organised everything excellent staff and a lot cheaper than using booking com Stayed in a five star hotel the Rayavadee and it was AMAZING and half the price it would be to book online HIGHLY recommend Tropical Sky

Hello Canada at last

Our trip of a lifetime to Canada was booked prior to covid but it finally came to fruition in July this year We ve had a fantastic time on the Contrasts of Canada tour with a tour director throughout the trip Emma Bolton at Tropical Sky has dealt with our booking queries and any prior concerns with great care and true professionalism and we would like to thank her very much for such great customer service We highly recommend this company and the tour Wonderful memories have been made

An amazing Hawaii honeymoon with Tropical Sky

I booked my honeymoon to Hawaii with Tropical Sky and the booking process was simple and stress-free Adam was brilliant and created a tailor-made holiday including San Fran Oahu Maui and LA and helped us with all the flights hotels and car hire He also made sure we included everything we wanted within our budget and gave us his own recommendations We departed in February 2020 and everything ran smoothly we had an incredible time and can t thank Tropical Sky enough

We had the most amazing destination wedding in Mauritius booked with Tropical Sky The most attentive travel agent we have ever booked with nothing was ever too much trouble before the holiday and the coordination with the travel agency reps upon landing in Mauritius was outstanding We definitely felt like we were in safe hands throughout our holiday and could even reach out to Tropical Sky for some help regarding legalities after our wedding which is very much appreciated Couldn t thank Tropical Sky team enough for the most memorable holiday and a magical wedding day

I have used Tropical Sky many times to book trips to Spain The Caribbean Australia New Zealand USA and Canada I cannot rate them highly enough They have tailor made many trips for us Nothing is too much trouble and the consultants are so helpful
