An awful experience

An awful experience I ordered 5 items in September 2023 One item was not available at the moment but was supposed to be back in a few weeks Few weeks became few months and I finally received it in January 2024 It s just incredible that no one seemed to care to even inform me about the expected delivery delay No I had to contact them twice only to receive very little information and no apology at all But that s not all I received a defected item dehumidifier worth 140 euros and when I tried to get some info about the repair options nobody even bothered to answer And yes the product is still under the guarantee I will never ever buy anything from Trotec again

Do not buy from them

I bought an air purifier from them and an air quality meter Someone from their company opened the purifier box and stuffed the aq meter to save half an euro on shipping and everything arrived broken there was no extra space in the box to put the meter They did not answer to emails although I got automatic message that they will reply in 2 working days I said that ill take legal action and the aswerd in less than 5 minutes so they clearly what to scam those who are not persistant Now they want me to pay shipping and if they decide it was my fault which clearly is not I have proof they will charge me re-shipping also I paid full price for a new working product I dont want it repared before first use I didnt buy refurbished This is my first review ever in 30 years and there were bad companies but none like this I even made an account just to warn you about them DO NOT BUY FROM THEM 11 24

I ve bought Infrared Heaters IRS 2000 E It went out of service within 1 hour of receiving it The filament just burned out I ve filed a complaint no response from the company yet UPD 11 December 2023 Unfortunately I ve got NO response from the company so far neither via email nor by the phone Hence the response below is NOT correct

I ordered a dehumidifier which they delivered to a wrong address I called trotec support without any success wrote an email and created a ticket as well No response whatsoever Waiting to see if I could get a refund Really awful customer support

No reply from customer service

I want to return an item within the legal limit of 30 days but nobody of the customer service replies to email I can t believe that these things can be happening in the EU This company should be banned

They sold products with technical faults One of their humidifiers turned hot and about to explode Avoid this cheap and low quality seller They advertise they are professional producers But in fact their products don t operate as advertised

dehumidifier return refund

I ordered a dehumidifier after few days arrived but it was faulty so I reached the customer service and ask for the return form labels After few days I got the shipping label returned an item and asked for the refund I took them over 30 days to refund the money I contacted them several times very little responses from them I was certain that money is lost I contacted PayPal services they contacted TROTEC and got the refund 3 days later I had some really good experience with Trotec in the past I don t know what happened in last few years At this moment I can t trust them and wouldn t recommend it to anyone
