Very poor service

Very poor service Firstly theres very little transparency with their prices regarding if VAT is included or not On the bottom of their page says that all prices include VAT but then when you have an European VAT number to be exempt from VAT they still charge you the same price like if vat was included Have exchanged a few emails with what it seems 3 different people but their communication is very poor and nothing has been done Have also paid for the order a week ago and so far have not received any acknowledgment of the payment and their website says the order is still in progress and not paid What a mess
