Well designed by people who understand the problem space - clear simple and has most of the features needed to protect the target populations Some configuration changes can only be made from the website today but this isn t a big deal day-to-day Support team is highly responsive and helpful

I got this card for my autistic Adult son who has no credit history and rather than using cash I figured this would be a good start for him when he goes on his outings with his caregiver just to note I do not put much money in the account in case card get lost I won t worry about money lost

As a mom of an adult dependent child with complicated needs True Link has become an important ally On the technical end the website and app are easy to use by both of us I m not sure of the specific date TBH of the customer service for a problem I was trying to untangle Ultimately the service rep and I decided that we couldn t do much about the charge I d spent hours on the phone with a series of Apple reps who could not find the order which they said wasn t charged I was treated seriously competently and with much kindness Thank you True Link
