Excellent and are really helpful
I went into the FREC 3 course with zero experience on any kind of first aid medical industry But the trainers made me feel very comfortable and ensured I knew they were there to help The course was very detailed with lots of practical work and I came away feeling confident in what I had learned Great experience highly recommended

Not helpful with workbooks
Course was alright and trainers were nice but not helpful at all when it comes to the workbooks with very minimal feedback that contradicts itself making it near impossible to pass
