I came across Trunk Series on my high school classmate s Instagram page I immediately loved the positive and empowering messaging on their shirts I bought my sister 2 shirts for her birthday and couldn t help but order myself one as well The size that I ordered ended up not being available but I received an email immediately apologizing for the inconvenience which it was not and giving me options to order the next size up or to cancel my order with a full refund I loved the Extra Guac in gold shirt so much I ordered the next size up and I am so glad I did I love it And my sister loves her two shirts Melanin shirt and Extra Guac shirt in blue as well Confirmation and shipping emails were received shipping was fast and the shirts fit great and are excellent quality These shirts are amazing Do yourself a favor and order one for yourself and loved ones You will NOT be sorry

I was sent the wrong item which I am sending back and will not be able to receive the correct item because now it is sold out I received a reply from this company which was less than sympathetic and included this wording However I would kindly ask that we keep the tone of our communications respectful We are committed to providing the best possible service and support and we believe that positive and constructive dialogue will help us resolve any issues more effectively I was taken aback by this as I was not rude in my communications with this company and also I have ordered other items from them so I could even be considered a good customer I will look forward to receiving a refund promised once they receive the incorrect item that I have returned to them However their correspondence with me has left a bad taste in my mouth so I will no longer be their customer
