Absolutely recommend
I ve been a customer with TruPanion for a bit over 6 years now They ve always made the claims process easy to do My vet s office bills right to them so I don t even have to pay everything out of pocket - except for the deductible of course - and wait for reimbursement I did submit one invoice for a prescription I got my dog for his current claim and had my reimbursement in my checking account the next day They are always very helpful in answering any questions you may have Their website is easy to navigate as well when it comes to access to your account and pulling everything up you want to see claims etc I m VERY happy with TruPanion and I m glad I had the forethought to even insure my 2 Huskies back when I did I highly recommend them

Great Customer Service
Unfortunately I tried to sign up online but it would not accept my credit card - as many times as I put it in I ended up having to call The customer Service agent was extremely knowledgeable kind and efficient I was more than pleased with the enrollment process

Super responsible and fast service
The service is exceptional since yesterday I had to visit the veterinarian in an emergency to examine my dog and send the claim and quickly and diligently they already processed it I recommend this policy 200 are the best

The Right Choice for Me
I looked into eight top rated pet insurance companies I liked Trupanion s accident and illness coverage and pricing model - pet insurance for the long term with likely lower premium increases as my dog ages I also appreciate how the deductable works not annual but for the life of my dog per condition The Trupanion associate Max who I worked with took my questions seriously and was very responsive She investigated the answers and gave me more than a company s talking points - unlike my experience with other companies All of the companies I looked into have pros and cons but Trupanion was the right choice for me
