Holding personal details without authorisation Trying to delete my profile from them and they are telling me that it is not possible as they are a company that verifying all companies I don t know who gave them this authorisation but this is against the law Do not subscribe anything on their application as they can steal your identity Hope this will help you to not do my mistake

Typical outsourced Centre holding
Typical outsourced Centre holding sensitive info because the UK companies can t be bothered to do their job I have uploaded documents to their site to comply with a different company I work with and they say I didn t upload the file correctly When I login on their website I can see the correct document When they look at my profile from their end they can t see the documents Uploaded countless times no luck They don t have a phone number only chat support The guys on the chat are condescending patronising and threatening with blocking my profile because I used bad words like fool Avoid them at all costs and complain to the company that is forcing you to use Trustd because they are holding your data in India

I don t know why for any reasons a company that verify your personal document like bank statements VAT number address etc not to have a phone number to be contacted or email address They only want you to upload 1919293923920 milion times some documents photos and you press submit and you have to do it a dozen of times and you have to wait a while No chance to contact them via email phone I don t know why TEG from CX works with them

Trustd cannot be trusted
Recently Trustd have been appointed at CX and has been branded as a new compliance feature For this you will have to hand over so much personal information to a 3rd party it is unreal For example driving licence passport personal bank statements business bank statements vehicle details all insurances images of van pictures of yourself for facial recognition purposes certificate of incorporation etc The list goes on If you are a Ltd Co then all directors have to comply irrespective of whether or not they are involved in the business The main problem is this once you have uploaded all of your private and personal documentation to a third party company TEG will restrict your CX account and register you as NON-Compliant while they review it and essentially stop you being able to trade If not very careful this could well be the beggining of the end for CX

Arrogant and unhelpful
Since TEG partnered with Trust d the platform has become unreliable TEGs services for which we pay a lot can be stopped leaving you with no work This happens when Trust d decide your not in compliance I find them arrogant and unhelpful Why on earth TEG allows this I can t understand Their relationship with Trust d will lose them the owner drivers who they need to bring the bigger clients Shocking

Joke off service no response to emails or submitted tickets
I have spent 4 days now trying to update my insurance details through trustd on courier exchange I cannot believe the levels of incompetence ignorance and there are no other polite words I can use I frozen out submitted tickets to which today I ve had no response to 2 Sent 3 emails ignored I m losing 250 a day They do t seem to care
