A brilliant appointment with Shane he was very informative and fully answered any questions we had with great knowledge He was well presented and mannered Everyone we dealt with within the team were helpful and polite Installation date given immediately and all was completed within a week of inquiry I have no doubt recommending this company A very happy family Thank you trusted home solutions

Efficient battery installed
We received a cold call last month initially we were skeptical but after meeting with the surveyor Shane he explained the benefits of a battery system for our solar system We had it installed within a week and the workmen were very polite and tidy We are now saving more on our energy bills than before The only complaint we have is that we didn t hear about this sooner Thanks again to Trusted Home Solutions Mr and Mrs Benbrook

Had a great experience with trusted home solutions Originally spoke to a lovely chap called Harry because I heard about battery storage from my neighbours harry walked me through everything and answered all of my questions thoroughly I then had an appointment with another very helpful young chap called Shane He walked through everything in a lot more detail leaving no stone unturned I eventually ended up purchasing a battery It was installed with a quick turnaround and unsurprisingly the installation team was also very professional Everything s been working fine since Only issue I had was a technical issue with getting on to the monitoring platform which when I called was resolved almost instantly and it s been working well ever since Overall a very good experience with the company and I most definitely vouch for them moving forward

Fantastic service

Trusted home solutions gave me amazing confidence with the company moving forward I have previously had some issues with my panels in the past and my original installer left me in the dark about everything I didn t have much hope in the industry One of my friends recommended trusted home solutions to me and they have been professional throughout I have since had a battery and a new inverter installed and my experience has completely changed my outlook on the industry Overall amazing service and would definitely recommend
