They are scammers If you ever need to return money they will simply tell you to handle it yourself - money that was lost due to their error it gets stuck somewhere in the process and none of the companies receive it They refuse to communicate with other banking institutions or assist with a chargeback Even if you manage to figure everything out on your own and approach them with a request to return your money - they will first demand a 30euro chargeback fee and inform you that there s no guarantee they ll win the case or recover your funds Essentially you ll end up giving them even more money This won t be the last time you ll encounter issues like this They don t have any proper internet banking limits meaning any company can withdraw money from your account without your consent or proper authorization Also they claim that it s possible to withdraw cash from an ATM but in reality this isn t true No ATM dispensed cash to me even though I tried in three different countries Their customer support couldn t tell me which bank or country I could use to successfully withdraw money They just replied with generic responses Additionally there are constant issues with processing delays etc Don t recommend them It was a waste of time
