They no longer provide phone numbers to trouble shoot problems so I tried to cancel by emailing them as per their on line instructions They received cancellation request on 12 19 and their only reply was a sad emoji to my phone and a phone to Efax representative stated they are partners with trusfax but don t handle their accounts and can t provide any contact phone They have since charged my credit card despite my cancellation request Thieves Buyer beware

I ve been trying to send faxes without success I tried to login to the account to see what the issue is and it won t let me claiming I have it open in another tab which I do not they are just a train wreck

This company has no clue when it comes to customer service
This company makes their process for cancelling their service useless First they don t have a customer service phone number to call to actually talk with a person You have to send an email to their support group to cancel service Ok I did that Received zero response and was charged anyway for another year of service I didn t want I disputed that charge with the credit card company only way to get Trustfax attention Then after sending me a cancellation confirmation email they charged my credit card A SECOND TIME Once again I have disputed this charge I would not recommend this company if you ever plan to try to cancel service - they just don t recognize your request
