As you can see this mouthpiece started falling apart on its own about a week after using it Soothie is now saying I m at fault for their product being defective saying I messed up the boiling process What do they do they offer me a 20 discount for another one I ask for a refund and now they are offering me another one free of charge I want my money back This business is a scam Their phone number goes straight to a We re sorry voicemail and emailing takes them days to get back to you if you harass them Avoid this product at all costs Spread the word I m contacting the BBB as well since they aren t refunding me as guaranteed

Claims money back guarantee read the detail and that involves you paying to send it to China with warning it may not arrive and they may not receive it As you can see from here their website and Facebook reviews are fake

AVOID - Does not work
Like all the other reviewers I am going through the return process as it just does not work I had the usual emails from Bella and have now asked for a refund as a gesture of goodwill due to their misleading advert money back guarantee risk-free I have also asked my credit card company for a chargeback as they are refusing to refund but you have to try the product before you know if it works
