fake dupe product sold as genuine
I decided to take the risk and order a 5ml of Ombre Nomade which to my disappointment is a dupe fake or defective product I have compared it side by side to the original and it is a far cry from what it is meant to smell like It is a poor excuse of a copy imo It is weak very sharp and smells like cheap chemicals The drydown smells extremely synthetic and nothing at all like the original I have emailed the company twice regarding this to no prevail or any acknowledgement Also i have seen on the returns slip that the buyer also has to pay for returns which i think is very poor customer service as it would be pointless to spend alot of money for this service Updated 23 Oct So further investigation into this matter i was in a shop and came across some arabian perfume dupe brands one which being Jean Lowe Ombre Maison Alhambra low and behold it was the same perfume that this company had tried to flog to me as ombre nomade this is ofcourse a cheap dupe which costs about 30-40 euros for 100ml So now i have paid around 20euros for 5ml of petroleum flavoured rose water in a bottle which has LV Ombre nomade written on it and the packaging Funnily enough when you go to try and buy Ombre Nomade now from the website it is now out of stock Im hoping they have realised the issue and preventing this from happening to more customers i can only imagine the profit they have been making by cheating their customers out of the genuine product that is purchased I will update if any response from company update Monday 11th November after countless emails to the company i finally got a response apologising for the mistake and they admitted it was the wrong perfume in the bottle and would sent me a new order with the correct perfume i as labelled on the bottle when it was back in stock i was asked by the company to update or delete my review on here when i received the product so here i am I waited for 1month to be sent the new order of Ombre Nomade but to my appalled surprise i have actually received the same dupe perfume as before Jean Lowe Ombre Maison Alhambra labelled as Louis vuitton Ombre nomade on the packaging It is the exact same as before i Cant actually believe this has happened for the 2nd time after so many emails and finally thought i had gotten somewhere in order to get this rectified This is illegal and will be taking it further Be aware that if you are buying Ombre Nomade it is not the genuine product it may smell slightly similar if u arent aware of the original compare it to Jean Lowe ombre or as its called now noir obviously that brand had to change the name of it aswel for legal reasons I will update with any further correspondence from Tryasample I wont hold my breath

Diluted perfume samples
Ordered Oud Bouquet by Lanc me got it plus a free sample of a YSL perfume The YSL is real the Oud Bouquet has very obviously been diluted with alcohol A perfume of that price should never have alcohol as a lasting top note Judging by the other reviews I m lucky I even got something that remotely resembles the actual product but if it s actually wearable is another question ETA 10 04 24 the alcohol is finally evaporating enough so that the actual perfume is coming through This should never have happened but at least I can wear the perfume now ETA 19 08 24 don t trust them They offer to make things right but are at the same time trying to take my review down claiming it contains containing harmful or illegal content Furthermore their reply to me shows they did not even read my review - nowhere did I state the perfume was a fake I only stated the truth I received a diluted sample because that s what they sold me

Do NOT order not the real deal
I ordered Love Don t be Sky Killian Jasmine Rouge T Ford Rouge Bac I have thrown them out I sprayed on the Killian one and I felt sick and got a headache The contents was yellow not pink I do not know what they used but it ain t Killian I tried it on against the real stuff my friend has and totally different I do not get headaches with the real one As for Jasmine Rouge smells chemical and also gave me a headache Bacerat Rouge was awful disgusting Avoid they DO NOT use the real perfume My reply to the company s response to me these samples were the shein version of the perfumes The jasmine rouge was the closest to the real one but had a chemical smell and gave me head ache These were not put in by accident and will never ever order from you again

Total scam
Total scam Got my samples today they all smell like grass All of them On skin on paper I tried spraying some of those perfumes the day before in a perfume store and they definitely smelled nothing like it Never buy anything from this store Complete waste of money I m very annoyed and disappointed And 5 Euro for delivery And now if I want to send this order back I have to also pay for delivery Upd I understood their scheme They actually sold me an expensive sample as a free one and packed the fake samples I actually ordered Bravo

Worst than worst than worst EVER Never experienced such dishonest and hypocrite customer service After a couple of bad product experiences i had they propose me an apology of 20 gift card and resend an original sample from what I previously got in exchange of deleting my trustpilot review Then they decide instead that if my experience was so bad I shouldn t buy from trysample eu anymore and they would just release a refund for the previous purchase i made Again they switch mind My real name is Valentino but so far on trustpilot was Alessia dont remember why but who cares It s a matter of fact this funny company has found issues even with that because I apparently hide my real identity so they decided eventually to block my account from any future purchase in their website and to not refund me anymore Haha are you guys serious Let me say dear trysample eu I probably lost a few bucks with you but beyond that good looking landing page of your website there s hidden a poor service and way far from being honest Without considering many of your poor quality products You re the real scam Cheers

Really poor service
Really poor service I received 3 samples of fragrances I have tested before the samples I received from tryasample were completely different And the samples barely lasted on skin even for long lasting scents Will not be ordering again

I ordered perfume for my birthday I was very much looking forward to my order Still have not received anything Transport company answers me that according to the tracking number the parcel has been delivered I have written several letters to the seller I have not received a reply to any of them UPD so afer I wrote this review they finally replied to one of my emails which means that their reply here is a straight lie Unfortunately their response contained nothing but the information I already told them Come on guys I know that tracking number states that the parcel was delivered the problem is I did not receive it Neither have I received any notifications from CTT about that delivery which they always send Do you guys even read mails that you reply to

Probably a scam
No email replies I have no idea where my parcel is since I didn t receive tracking number and it s been 2 weeks I m gonna wait for another week and if nothing changes - I m reporting it as a fraud to the EU commission
