September 10 2024I purchased the wave on June 24 for 39 00 thinking this was a one time expense July 8 Tech Safe 2 96 my credit card was charged and then disputed and the charge removed again on Aug 8 Genius Wave 2 96 my credit card was charged and then disputed and the charge removed again on Sept 7 Genius Binaural Tech 2 96 my credit card was charged and then disputed and the charge removed My card number has been changed The credit card company told me that it is a fraudulent practice charging with a different name each month Your phone number with the charges Ph 843 920 5551 won t answer Stop these monthly charges and send me a cancellation Thank you Steve Hume

Again just another scam they keep your bank details and charge you every month until you change your creditcard NOTISE that every person who is giving this scam more than 1star only have 1 review on trustpilot I wonder why

I had trouble buying Genius Wave express eispite of pressing button 8 times but it still said card declined I phoned my bank and apparently they are blacklisted on fraud list They keep your bank details and put you on subscription The bank has loads of these American scams

Scam Thieves committing fraud Stay away

I saw their ad on YouTube and went to purchase their product After going to the site and giving my PayPal credentials I was charged BEFORE I submitted the purchase Instead after I entered my creds a page popped up trying to sell me more That page had a big warning with a threat that if I went back or X d out of the screen I would be double charged This screen screamed alarm bells of a scam and I X d out I did not press Submit but they charged me for the product Thankfully I called their payment processor Clickbank and they said they were going to reverse the charge They also said that they are very aware of what this company is doing and are taking action Stay away from this dishonest company

LIFE IS SHORT

Someone needs to grab the shotgun and a box of shells we re taking a trip okay I agree whoever thought of this scam is a genius with a very short life expectancy

You Can t Get Your Money Back

I was not looking to experience the ridiculous promises made I only wanted a relaxing sound before bedtime For that it was ok except it is very short This is the only site that has authentic reviews all others are advertisements disguised as reviews Shame on this man YOU CANNOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK Their customer service requested that I stop contacting them for my money back so they could respond to my first request They have never contacted me nor returned my money THEY CAN ADVERTISE MONEY BACK ALL DAY LONG BUT THEY DON t DO IT I don t even know what agency to report them to I m assuming he wants to retire and needs the money He s giving neuroscientists a bad name It appears he excels at advertising not research Shame shame shame
