Unreliable service
The device is fine App works Trying to get your subscription scents is a nightmare Month after month they ve charged for products that arrive anywhere from 2-4 weeks after the charges are collected Never a single response to support inquiries Terrible customer experience and unreliable provider

New scent settings SUCK
I have four Pura diffusers and enjoyed them for almost a year until they changed the scent settings on their app You could previously choose a level of 1 to 10 Now you can only choose three levels subtle medium or strong and even the subtle is too strong for some oils I ve emailed their so-called customer service on multiple occasions and get a generic answer that this new setting is to give the user more flexibility What a joke My diffusers are now sucking through one fragrance bottle per week even on the lowest setting and diffusing intermittently instead of all day They used to last 2-3 weeks Obviously it s a gimmick to sell more fragrances I will be selling all of my diffusers on marketplace and resuming diffusing essential oils which is much more cost-effective

Not happy at all
I m not sure why I m bothering based on all the other reviews Seems like my experience is on par with everyone else Really disappointed in the business practices of Pura They charged me for an order several weeks ago and never sent the product After spending an hour trying to figure out how to contact them I sent an email Today I learn both fragrances are out of stock A good business practice would be to let a customer know and not charge them until you actually send the product Seems deceptive to me

No matter what troubleshooting I do
No matter what troubleshooting I do I cannot set a second schedule nor a second scent It consistently says Conflict schedule I ve even had friends that have a PURA try and even they can t set a second schedule I ve been trying for two weeks I give up and will not recommend purchasing one

Don t Waste Money on the Pura diffuser
The device leaked everywhere ate away melted the top of my record player The scents smell nothing like they did once they start diffusing gave me a headache Customer service is unhelpful practically nonexistent Save your money Do NOT recommend

I used apples hide my email to sign in for an order I now have a subscription to scents I hate that I have tried repeatedly to cancel I receive a verification email code then the form states issues changing login 8 times Wrote an email - closed until M-F 8-5 Then maybe don t advertise at an international level

Pura is Not Smart
My review is not about the service but the actual product I can say without hesitation that this little device is an unfortunate waste of time money patience and sanity We are a device friendly home but keeping this little nightmare working and on schedule is a very frustrating part-time job Just buy a regular plug sans app smart schedule and move on with your life

Worst customer service
Worst customer service While placing the order they changed my shipping address from what I entered based on my PayPal account Even minutes after ordering they were not able to change help with the order They shipped using USPS with whom I am not able to change it pick up Such a waste of time and money Would never be ordering from this predatory company
